Transactional Message History visible for Admin but not for Users with "delivery"+"message center" roles

Hi,

According to the access rights configured for our ACCv8 instance, 'delivery' operators should be able to access the 'Transactional message history' folder with read, write, and delete permissions.

However, when trying to access this folder, users in both 'delivery' and 'message center' operator groups are presented with a blank page:

For Admin users, this page is populated with data. What additional permissions are needed for delivery operators?

Thanks,

Skyler

Hi @skylerqu2

Have you verified that the operator groups have access to the delivery and event schema? It is also key to review any target mapping, typology rule or any linked schema that the view may depend on.

You can check also the following doc: Permissions

If you need further help, just let me know.

Best regards,

Celia

Hi @ccg1706 there are no sysFilters configured for the delivery or events schemas. These 'delivery' operators are able to see all other deliveries, the 'transactional message templates', and 'Event history'. However, 'transactional message history' is blank for them.

Thanks,

Skyler
