I have a multi-select field on all of our custom forms to select the company(s) the project applies to. The end goal is to have ONE pie chart that shows how many projects for each company so that we can allocate resource costs to those companies accordingly. I've tried creating separate calc fields for each company that populates a 1 or a 0, which functions as it should. However, I cannot seem to figure out how I can now use these values in 1 chart... Is there a better way to handle this or am I out of luck and stuck exporting reports to excel to do the calculations? Field 1:IF({DE:Company}="CompanyA", 1, 0) Field 2:IF({DE:Company}="CompanyB", 1, 0) Field 3:IF({DE:Company}="CompanyC", 1, 0) Things to note:I'm only showing 3 here as an example, however we have ~20 companies in the drop downCreating separate projects per company to avoid the multi-select field is not an option
Hi we are looking to have a view/report on projects and how long they sit at certain status' in order to create efficiencies and reduce bottlenecks. Is there a way to do this along with having an alert to notify when a project has sat at a certain status for x amount of days?
We have a portfolio that all our users have view access to. I have one person who I need to help me with some cleanup and moving folders around within the documents area of one specific Program. I've tried adjusting her access to the portfolio and program as well as created a new access level for her but can't find which setting will give her access to move folders, not just add. TIA.
We’re a parent company with a user-facing website that our subsidiaries use. Many of them are retiring their external websites and redirecting traffic to dedicated landing pages on our main site via 301 redirects. To prevent this redirected traffic from inflating our core site metrics, we want to exclude views, sessions, and people associated with the initial landing page hit — but still include any downstream engagement from users who continue navigating further into the site. In the Segment Builder, I’m using an Event-level segment to accomplish this. See the attached screenshot:Based on my validation in the table below:4 of the 6 metrics (page views and conversion metrics) line up exactly between the segment and my manual calculationsBut Sessions and People are showing ~4% higher in the segment than expectedIs this discrepancy expected behavior? Or is there a better way to exclude redirected landing page metrics without losing downstream metrics?I appreciate any i
I was attempting to update my legacy Report Builder workbooks to the newer version of Report Builder. However, I've come across what I think is a huge miss in functionality with the new version that would prevent me from being able to use it, and I'm wondering if it's an actual miss on Adobe, or just user error on my part. The functionality miss that I think exists and am wondering if there's a work around for is being able to anchor the "as of date" to a cell (see screenshot for the option I'm referencing from the legacy report builder). My reports are scheduled to send early in the morning, with reporting through previous day. Our Adobe instance is set up to use our fiscal calendar, and I use fiscal dates for reporting. The issue I have would be when the report is run on day that's the first day of a new fiscal period because I would want this report to actually run the data for the fiscal period that just ended. For example, our weeks start on Sunday. When the report is run on
I have found character limits for custom form fields, but does anyone know if there are any limits for task and project titles/names?
Are you planning to attend the lab "Transform Site Data into Strategic Success & Action with Workfront [L316]" at Adobe Summit this year? Session leaders @karthiksuripedd and @surc will be monitoring this thread for any post-lab questions you may have. While the session is no longer available, you can view the lab resources below. Session Details Insights generated from Adobe Analytics are often communicated via email to report users like the marketing team. However, the lack of clear next steps, delays in reaching the right people, and the analytics data existing outside of marketing work streams means that timely action on crucial insights is hindered. All this results in missed opportunities and delayed, or lost, market impact. Learn an end-to-end integration between Adobe Workfront and Adobe Analytics in which captured insights result in the right work priorities assigned to the right teams for immediate action. In this lab: Create
I'm a Workfront system admin using the admin console. Recently, I created a test user account within the Workfront instance but then shortly decided to delete that account. I deleted the test account in the console and it was successfully removed. However, it has not been removed from Workfront itself. When I contacted support to see how to delete the account within Workfront, I was told there's no way to do that and that that's intentional because deleting a user account results in that user's history being erased. As an admin, I know it's best practice to deactivate an account rather than delete it permanently. But, as noted above, there are instances when an account, whether created temporarily for testing purposes or in error, serves no purpose and needs to be permanently removed. My recommendation is for the user deletion functionality be restored to admins who are using the admin console. Even better, it would be ideal to have the ability to delete users from within
When we convert an Issue to a Project, we can specify the intended owner of the Project. It would be super helpful if we had the same functionality when adding a Template to a Task, i.e., "Assign template tasks to the Owner of the parent Task" or something similar.
I actually expected the feature to work this way to begin with and was surprised to learn that it didn't. If I have an issue that is resolved by a project I would like that issue to display the planned completion date of the project. Nothing more complex than that.
I'm planning to take the Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer certification exams, specifically the ADO-E103 AEM Developer Certification and the AD0-E116 Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer Expert exam. One of these exams is new. Which one would you recommend I choose?
Hello! I am trying to add the list found under "This Resolves" in an issue onto an issue report. Example:I have two issues that are essentially asking for the same thing, and both appear on my prioritization report. I want to filter out one issue, but still show that it is being resolved by another issue.Issue A - Brand Sharepoint Site (I want to keep this one because it has better information)Issue B - Creative Files Sharepoint I went to Issue A and added Issue B in the "This Resolves" section under Issue relationships. However, the default columns available in the issue report shows the resolving issue (issue A) on Issue B's line I was pretty sure from the developer docs that the "collection" I'm looking for is just called "resolvables" but it doesn't work. I tried the below, and the column is just blank. what am I doing wrong?valueformat=HTML textmode=true type=iterate listdelimiter=<p> displayname=Column Name listmethod=nested(resolvable).lists valuef
Please consider changing the radio buttons to checkboxes so we can assign the same template to multiple Tasks at the same time (instead of having to do it one at a time).
Hi all, I am a new Marketo user so looking for some support. For creating a simple email, I can see that the text size, font, type, is exactly the same in various paragraphs, yet when I send out a sample email/test, the font is different. I guess it has something to do with the coding, but I am not a coder. Has anyone had this issue, and what do you suggest? Thanks,Sandra
This is a feature available in the legacy version of report builder, but not the new one. This feature is a tremendous help in doing reporting for fiscal time periods (WTD, MTD, QTD and YTD) through the previous day without having to manual work in Excel in the form of creating a fiscal calendar reference table, which would then need to get manually updated every year as well. This is an overview of how/why I used this feature:My reports are scheduled to send early in the morning, with reporting through previous day. When the report is run on Sunday, I want my WTD reporting to be for the previous Sunday-Saturday. With new report builder, if I just have my week
We are currently experiencing an issue in Adobe Workfront where we are unable to view the recent activities of an individual user. This feature is essential for our tracking and monitoring purposes, and we would appreciate your assistance in resolving this at the earliest.Could you please look into this and advise on any potential causes or required actions from our end?Looking forward to your support.
Is it possible to give a WorkFront user access to certain functionalities (ex: Custom Form Builder) in the Sandbox environment only? We would like to test out some of functionalities without having access to them in the live production environment. Thank you in advance for your input!Sara @nevalee_hedges
Hi everyone, Does anyone know how to completely unassign a task from its current assignees using Fusion? I was able to remove the user from the task, but the associated job role still remains. Is there a way to remove both the user and the job role entirely, so I can assign a new user via Fusion? Many thanks!
Hi everyone,is there a way to check which release note version of Adobe Analytics is my organization on? I know that I can check any feature update from the official documentation and that updates are applied automatically since it is a Cloud solution, but is there a way to check that a new feature release has been deployed? Many thanks in advance,Adriana
We can transfer scenarios using the blueprint export/import. However, we can't seem to do the same with data structures. I know it's possible to generate the data structure using example JSON, but if that's not available, we have to create it all from scratch. Perhaps it would help if there was a way to generate a sample JSON output from a data structure that would solve it. Anyone else know of a way to do this?
Hi there, I have been doing some testing by uploading a 2kb JSON file to update one profile in AEP. It's been one hour since successfully uploading the batch, but I do not see the new profile attributes show up or any update to existing attributes for the profile. I have also checked with the "Retrieve an entity" API endpoint, and no updates there too. Am I misunderstanding how Real-Time customer profile works, and is there a time delay for batch uploads? Thank you,
In our process, new projects are requested through a request queue. Project requests show up in the "Project Requests" project. One of our executives then converts the request/issue into a project using a template. The concern is requests/issues aren't always converted to a project the day they're requested. Sometimes there's a lag of a week or more. When the project is created, the Project Start Date by default is the date the request/issue was submitted. Generally at least a day has past by this point, so the project is already At Risk or Late, and warning emails are sent out to colleagues on the default resource list to notify them that the project is Late.I know our execs have the opportunity to manually change the Project Start Date when converting the project. Is there a more automated way to do this? We don't have fusion.Thank you!
Description:Introduce a feature in Adobe Real-Time CDP that utilizes machine learning to predict customer churn based on real-time behavioral and transactional data. The system would allow marketers to define churn-risk thresholds and automatically activate personalized retention journeys (e.g., email offers, push notifications, or loyalty incentives). It would also maintain a version history of churn prediction models for transparency, comparison, and improvement over time. Why is this feature important?Increases ROI of marketing campaigns through targeted retention efforts.Enables real-time action, which is crucial for saving at-risk customers.Provides transparency and iterative improvement through model versioning.Supports personalization at scale with minimal manual effort.Reduces revenue loss by proactively identifying customers likely to churn. Current Behavior:Adobe Real-Time CDP allows segmentation and audience activation, but lacks built-in churn prediction and autom
Hi Team,We have a requirement to create a workflow that triggers an email if the following conditions are met:Hard bounce rate > 0.5%Soft bounce rate > 0.7%Unsubscribe rate > 0.5%Success rate = 0Kindly help with this.@parthasarathy
Today it is only possible to include the audience status. Including 'Segment name' and 'Segment ID' is useful directly in the .csv shared, if the receiver platform can't read off of the file naming, but can only evaluate input from the file itself.
