Hi Community,We are experiencing an issue with the Target Dataset filter in the Source Dataflows list in Adobe Experience Platform. When we select a specific Target Dataset as a filter, the Source Dataflows list does not appear to return the corresponding dataflows.Expected Behavior: When a Target Dataset is selected, the Source Dataflows list should display only the dataflows associated with that specific dataset.Actual Behavior: The list does not return any results when we apply the selected Target Dataset filter.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is this a known limitation or issue with the current AEP UI?Any insights or workaround would be appreciated. Thanks!
Hi all,We're setting up server-side conversion tracking for LinkedIn Conversions API (CAPI) in Adobe Experience Platform, and have run into two separate issues while exploring both integration paths. Would appreciate guidance on either. Question 1: Destination SDK — headers field not accepted in destination server configWe're building a custom streaming destination server via /authoring/destination-servers to call LinkedIn's Conversions API directly. LinkedIn's API requires several static headers beyond Authorization (X-Restli-Protocol-Version, X-RestLi-Method, Linkedin-Version), but adding a headers array inside httpTemplate causes a 400 Bad Request:"type": "http://ns.adobe.com/aep/errors/DEST-0007-400","title": "Unreadable request: Invalid JSON input at line: 18, column: 26.Incorrect type found for fields: [headers, httpTemplate, value]."payload attempted{ "name": "Dest_LinkedIn_ConversionsAPI", "destinationServerType": "URL_BASED", "urlBasedDestination": { "url": { "templ
We have multiple campaigns and events that we’re sending emails for throughout the week. Our internal employees would like to receive all the emails, but the communication limits are blocking them from receiving if we send more than one email/day. Is there a way to get around the communication limits for certain contacts? If I create a separate distribution list (ex. mktg-team@company.com), will this still be a problem? How is everyone else dealing with this issue? I don’t have the time to upload all of our emails to a shared drive/Teams folder for our internal folks to access.

Hi All, I am trying to disable CDN caching in AEM Cloud - As per https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/cloud-service/caching/how-to/disable-caching we can do the below - <LocationMatch "$URL$ || $URL_REGEX$"> # Removes the response header of this name, if it exists. If there are multiple headers of the same name, all will be removed. Header unset Cache-Control Header unset Surrogate-Control Header unset Expires # Instructs the Browser and the CDN to not cache the response. Header always set Cache-Control "private" # Instructs only the CDN to not cache the response. Header always set Surrogate-Control "private"</LocationMatch>However, there is no mention on how to validate the same?I did add the above property in my vhost file but the CDN logs still show the cache as HIT versus MISS or PASS.<LocationMatch "^/etc\.clientlibs/.*\.(js|css)$"> Header unset Cache-Control Header unset Surrogate-Control Header uns
It might be that I am just missing something, but I want to see if there is an easier way to view the Document ID in the new Unified Approval setup. When I click on the file it gives me a menu, but the Details area does not provide the ID. The only way I have found to get the ID is to click on Share and then look at the link that is provided. Is there another way that does not involve creating a report? Or a way to customize the document table to add the ID column? Thanks!

Hi all,Based on the AWS Migration documentation, the IP addresses need to be added by Company IT department. I reached out to them, and they asked for the following additional information.Source IP/ or usernames (which ever is applicable):Destination urls:Port numbers:APP ID: Can someone help me how to get these details? I am an admin for Adobe Analytics and CJA for my company account. However, when I use Adobe Debugger, the below message has started to show when trying to validate our data on the website. I have tried checking my permissions, logging in and out of Experience Cloud & Debugger, I have also reset the debugger, as well as clear my cache and cookies for good measure. Does anyone know why this might be happening?
Heloo ,We recently completed our Adobe Web SDK implementation, and all data is being sent through the XDM object. Data is successfully flowing into Adobe Analytics, and reporting looks correct with no major issues. However, we are seeing some fields fail in AEP datasets due to data type validation errors. This has raised a question about the overall implementation approach.Current SituationWeb SDK implementation is fully based on the XDM object. Adobe Analytics is consuming the data successfully. Some records are failing in AEP datasets because certain fields do not match the expected XDM data types. The Adobe/AEP team has suggested creating a separate Datastream and sending some data through the data object instead of XDM to avoid validation issues. My UnderstandingFrom what I know:Adobe Analytics is generally more flexible and can process data even when some values do not strictly match XDM data types. AEP applies strict schema validation, and records can be rejected if incoming data d
Hey community!Excited to share a technical win that I think many email developers will find valuable - especially those pushing the limits of what's possible in Outlook. The ChallengeWe recently tackled a design requirement that most email developers would consider "not possible in Outlook" - applying different border-radius values to each individual corner of an element, dynamically, within a complex multi-row email module. Most of us are familiar with the standard workaround for rounded corners in Outlook: the arcsize property on VML <v:roundrect>. It works well, but it applies a uniform radius to all four corners. The moment you need, say, a 20px top-left, 0px top-right, 8px bottom-right, and 16px bottom-left - you're stuck. At least with the conventional approach. The Solution: VML <v:shape> with Custom Path DataThe key insight is moving away from <v:roundrect> entirely and using a <v:shape> element with a custom path attribute. This gives you full control over

I want to send a Custom Action POST request to CRM during a journey workflow: jo_status_code for this sendout shows 400 without any further details. I asked support for help Additionally test authentication shows that the test is successful. Did you come across that this feature might be bugged? So the error might be with my request structure. How would you futher debug? :(
I’m being asked to research the potential benefits of using the Workfront integration for Microsoft Teams. Since we don’t currently have access to it in our Teams app store, we need to provide a use case for IT to authorize use. While reading through the Adobe Experience League documentation, I read that you could receive (certain) notifications through Teams that you would normally get in Workfront or Outlook, which would be an excellent use case for cutting down on emails or responding to notifications faster since our employees are in Teams 99% of their worktime. However, I noticed that the access requirements say that the article content applies to Standard licenses. Does this mean users that are Light or Contributor will not receive any notifications in Teams from Workfront? They are the users who are primarily asked to approve work and are tagged when more info is needed for their requests, so it would be a bummer for our use case if they didn’t get the notifications. If you hav
Hi Everyone, I have a list of Audience Names along with their corresponding Audience IDs in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).I would like to identify which Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) journeys are using each of these audiences. In other words, for each Audience ID in my list, I would like to extract the associated Journey Name and Journey ID.Since the list contains a large number of audiences, manually checking each journey is quite time-consuming.Could anyone please advise if there is an AEP Query Service SQL query, system dataset, or any other recommended approach/API that can be used to extract this information in bulk?Ideally, I am looking for an output in the following format: Audience Name Audience ID Journey Name Journey ID Audience A xxx-xxx Journey 1 xxx-xxx Audience A xxx-xxx Journey 2 xxx-xxx Audience B yyy-yyy Journey 1 yyy-yyy Audience B yyy-yyy Journey 2 yyy-yyy Audience B yyy-yyy Journey 3 yyy-yyy Audience B yyy-yyy Journ
Hi, I am doing a POC where I am connecting my Trial Salesforce Account with Adobe Fusion. I am using latest PKCE feature in Fusion to connect with Salesforce.Reason is:Salesforce latest API version enabled PKCE by default for all Oauth requests and it is grayed out so we can’t change it. Older connected apps will work without any issue but newly created app will not work with PKCE settings. If we want to disabled this feature we need to conenct with Salesforce Customer support serice. After creating Salesforce External Client app will all required settings and callback URL. I am getting below error:{"detail":"Connection failed.","message":"The request failed due to failure of a previous request.","code":"SC424","statusCode":424,"suberrors":[{"message":"Function 'randomBytes' not found!","name":"IMLError"}]}If anyone has any idea about this issue please let me know. Please remember it is happening with a newly created Salesforce App not the older or existing app. Thanks!
Hi all, I want to clarify the total time a customer profile can be in a AJOB2B person journey. As per the AJOB2C documentation, it clrearly mentions the timeout duration to be 91 days i.e. the global timeout stops the progress of individuals in the journey 91 days after they enter. This means that an individual’s journey cannot last longer than 91 days.I’m looking for similar information for AJOB2B person journey, the closest setting I can find here is that the AJOB2B journey end date can be 3 years from start date, does that mean the individuals can progress through the AJOB2B person journeys for 3 years?Any thoughts and information on this would be helpful.Note: I don’t see AJOB2B in the category picklist hence selected AJO.Thanks,Shashank
Hi,We are currently reviewing how to control which fields of WebSDK datastream are ingested into Real-Time Customer Profile while still retaining the full dataset in the Data Lake. For the Adobe Analytics source connector, Adobe provides the Column-level filtering capability, which allows specific columns to be selected for ingestion into Profile while the remaining columns continue to be available in the Data Lake:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/sources/ui-tutorials/create/adobe-applications/analytics#filtering-for-profileFor example, with Analytics data we could configure the ingestion so that only eVar1, eVar2 and eVar3 are included in Profile, while the rest of the Analytics fields are still ingested into the Data Lake but do not contribute to Profile. We would like to achieve the same behavior for data collected directly through Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK.I have the following questions: Is there an equivalent column-level filtering capability fo

Most AEM Cloud Service discussion is about authoring and AI. The 2026 release notes also changed the DevOps and delivery side: build pipelines, secrets, observability, and the CDN layer. Below, each item is labeled by status (GA vs Beta), because several of the interesting ones are still Beta.Shipped as GA in 20261. Managed secrets in configuration pipelines (Cloud Manager 2026.1.0, Jan 22, 2026). You can add and manage secrets directly in Cloud Manager configuration pipelines. These override config values for environment-specific deployments, so you don't have to keep per-environment secrets in the repo or hand-set them. The same item also appears in the 2026.2.0 notes.2. AEM Edge Functions (listed as GA in the AEM CS 2026.8.0 notes). These run JavaScript at the Adobe-managed CDN, which Adobe positions as a way to reduce latency for personalization and dynamic content delivery. Check the current status in Adobe's docs before you plan around it. A search summary I saw elsewhere describ

We have recently identified an intermittent issue where markup annotations on proof comments fail to persist. When a user posts a comment, the text is saved successfully, but the associated markup (such as arrows or bounding boxes) disappears.I plan to submit a formal support ticket; however, because the issue occurs intermittently, I have been unable to reliably reproduce it in a test environment. This behavior began earlier this month following the recent major proof outage.Because our transition to Unified Review is still in the planning stages and not anticipated until early 2027, this ongoing glitch poses a significant challenge to our review workflows. Any insights, troubleshooting suggestions, or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
This is very closely related to this post, which was 3 years ago and there was no solution, so seeing if there is a solution now. Text mode for column in project report to display non-Primary assignment on specific templateTask? | Adobe Experience League CommunityI created a column in a project report to show who the Reviewers on the project are. I did this by returning the user assigned to any task that has “Review” in the task name. Below is my text mode code: displayname=Reviewerslistdelimiter=<br>listmethod=nested(tasks).liststype=iteratevalueexpression=IF(CONTAINS("Review",{name}),{assignedTo},"")valueformat=HTMLIt works great, BUT only returns the primary assignee. I need it to return all users assigned to those tasks, not just the primary assignee. I’ve spent a few hours on it this morning and can’t figure it out.I’ve also come at this from a user role angle as well. If user role does not contain X or X or X. But as the old post pointed out, people on the project aren’t al
For certain use cases we have been using DMWOAPI links. One of these was adding them to the product information in google merchant center. It seems that Google is unable to retrieve these links and gives an error message. We had to swap the DM links to normal published DAM links from our domain. Is that the ootb way DMWOAPI should work? I saw somewhere that creating a custom domain for the DM links would be a solution, however that would mean manually replacing all our existing links. If anyone faced a similar issue and has other ideas, I would really appreciate. Thanks!
We are investigating Brotli compression for static CSS/JavaScript assets on an AEM as a Cloud Service production environment.Fastly documentation confirms that Fastly supports Brotli compression. However, we would like to understand whether Brotli is officially supported and configurable when using the Adobe-managed CDN provided with AEM as a Cloud Service. Our current production testing shows:Accept-Encoding: gzip → Content-Encoding: gzip Accept-Encoding: br,gzip → Content-Encoding: gzip Accept-Encoding: br → no Content-Encoding header and the uncompressed response is returned Vary: Accept-Encoding is presentWe have reproduced this behavior with both CSS and JavaScript assets across multiple production AEMaaCS domains.Could someone from the Adobe AEMaaCS/CDN team please clarify:Is Brotli (Content-Encoding: br) officially supported by the Adobe-managed CDN for AEM as a Cloud Service? If supported, is Brotli enabled by default, or does it need to be enabled for a customer environment? Is
