First, how do we turn off the smart tags on Adobe Experience Manager? Second, how do we remove the smart tags that it has added to items? Is there a way to do it in bulk or does it have to be done manually one by one?

Hi team,   I am using aem 6.5 I have created a workflow to run on page publish. It's very small one step workflow. But page publish load is very high that  execution it stops working without giving any error. If I restart the custom workflow Java component then it starts again. Is there any way to address this issue  Load is very high for page publishing that it daily 500 pages gets published. And same no of time workflow has to work. But it stops executing after 300 400 page activation. Everytime knowing workflow stopped is not possible Also restarting prod component is also not feasible. Anyone faced similar issue? Please address solution for same.

Hi, I had configured the smart tags for aem dam assets and tags are getting generated at jcr:content/metadata/predictedTags but while i do a search for the tags inside Omnisearch it doesn't shows up the result based on smart tags. showing the search result based on dam assets only   Thanks

Page property field having resource type: granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/numberfield shows issue in look, the moment I added msm-lockable property to it. The field shrinks, the increment/decrement toggle comes down the field and looks different. Is this a known issue?

Hi All,   I am aiming for ADO-E116 certification and purchased a voucher for the same. But it says no code associated/invalid code when I tried to schedule the exam using the voucher with PSI & Examity.     Also noticed a new exam for developer ADO-E134. Both ADO-E116 and ADO-E134 have the same title as Adobe Experience Manager sites developer expert With same syllabus when compared both. Hi All,   Recently we migrated from ClassicUI to TouchUI and we dont want our authors to edit the content in ClassicUI. So either we need to redirect them to TouchUI editor.html or block/restrict access to cf#. We are doing this because we did not delete the classic dialogs. We kept them and may be at a later point we will delete them. Any solutions is highly appreciated.   Thanks   cc @indrasenareddy

Hello all,  need help idenitfying what step in the DAM UPDATE ASSET creates the enlarged preview in AEM Assets 6.5.8.0.  Once workflow is complete there is no image preview....need advisement on how to get it to be created.  See workflow below as well the picture of no preview in aem assets after processed.  Thank you for your help in advance:)

hello experts, Context My client would be using AEM Forms (6.5v on Prem, OSGi based) setup with add-on for only generating PDFs. The PDF would be generated using OutputService/ FormService/ AssemblerService API based on 3rd party incoming xml input (based on mapped XDP template).   Some stats to help provide better tuning tips, client have following as load parameters: - 500 PDF will be generated per week (peak load included) - some 2 to 5 high resolution static PDF will be merged too - actual PDF size could be 10 MB to 50 MB (it also includes images and promotional PDFs)   Please provide following tuning tip: - What could be ideal AEM start up parameter as tuning tip for JVM arg - Xmx, PermGen etc? - any guidelines for the usages of APIs - com.adobe.fd.output.api.OutputService, com.adobe.fd.forms.api.FormsService and com.adobe.fd.assembler.service.AssemblerService  - any other AEM Forms - Document Services API tuning tip? - xml payload tuning tip - PDF ge

I've created 2 Kanban boards both with different teams in them.  I've turned off and then on the automatically add feature several times.  It worked in the beginning and then at some point stopped working.  They are all in different locations.  There is a mix of Mac and PC and all have the latest OS and Chrome.  VPN is not on and they are connected to a good network.  I tried giving them admin access and that doesn't work either.  They are assigned to the stories in the board that they are moving from in progress to complete.  @raburn1 has been patiently working on this with us for the last 3 months but, since he can't recreate the problem when logging in as one of the users, he can't send it off to development.  We are really stuck.  Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Team,    Hope you are well.   Currently we are facing "Unable to connect to any backend in farm publishfarm".  We are using AEM as cloud service and for dispatcher we are using docker image. Our publish instance run on 4503, we have tried with all ways like changing the dispatcher version, AEM SDK etc.   Thanks in advance
