Hello everyone, Good Morning. I have worked on Adobe reporting API previously and currently exploring the CJA API to extract data from Adobe workspaces I have created a project in console and adding CJA API to it and was able to establish a connection and can see data views via the /data/dataviews end point. However the subsequent calls via /data/dataviews/{dataview_id}/dimensions end point are failing with API error 403027 . The solution mentioned is to add AEP API into the project. Can some one explain me the dependency of AEP API for the same. Thanks in advance
Hi Team,I have an AEM page that includes one or more Experience Fragments, also known as XFs. The page is already published and is accessed through a domain on the AEM Publish environment.I need to display a “Last Modified” date on the main page. This date should be calculated based on the latest published modification date across the main page and all related or referenced content. The requirements are as follows:If the main page is modified and published, the displayed Last Modified date should be the main page’s latest published modification date. If one or more Experience Fragments used on the page are modified and published, while the main page itself is not modified, the displayed date should be the latest published modification date of the Experience Fragment. If both the main page and one or more Experience Fragments are modified and published, the displayed date should be the most recent published modification date among them. If an Experience Fragment used on the page contains
When navigating to Tools > Integrations in the AEM author console (https://author-p552-e2209.adobeaemcloud.com), I consistently get:An error has occurred. You do not have access to this resource.Sorry for the inconvenience. The "Local token" section below the error still renders fine (Get local token / Create new technical account buttons are visible and clickable), but the main Technical Accounts panel above it fails to load with this error. What I've already verified/tried:Confirmed in Adobe Admin Console that i has Developer Access assigned specifically to the correct product: "Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service - " — not just the generic org-level AEMaaCS product. Assigned the "AEM Administrators - author - Program 212 - Environment 209" product profile to this user (previously only had Integrations/Developer profiles on the generic org-level product). Saved the change in Admin Console, confirmed it shows up under the user's assigned products. Fully signed out and back in,

I’m trying to set up a user on the publish instance to use as the author replication/transport user. It looks like jcr:read, rep:write, jcr:versionManagement on say /content generally work well for replication. We are scheduled for the AWS data center migration in mid August. Can anyone that has already been through the migration give their feedback on how that went, issues they faced, gotchas to have in mind prior to the outage? We’ve gone through Marketo’s documentation but some of it is a little vague. In addition if anyone can answer any of the questions below that will be helpful:Does anyone have any screenshots of what the pages / forms (embedded or otherwise) look like during the outage?Did you get a notification when the migration was completed? They offer to cache embedded forms - what is the benefit of this? Would this allow the forms to stay visible and receive submissions to be processed later or does it just mean they would stay visible. Did the migration get completed within the window they gave or was it longer / shorter? Other than updating IP Addresses were there any changes that might impact webhooks, endpoints etc that we might be missing? We are also recaching out to Marke

Hello, We are using AEM 6.5.22 (on premise version). which uses Apache Tika-core and Tika-parsers bundles with versions 1.28.5.Our Infosec team has reported a vulnerability on these versions and suggested to use the versions 3.2.2 and above. As I checked the maven repository : https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.tika/tika-core all the versions below 3.2.2 have vulnerability. We cannot directly updated the versions on our side as this is OOTB.Also, when checked with the latest service pack (6.5.25) also doesn’t have latest tika-core. Any thoughts/suggestions would be much appreciated. Regards,Rohit
We have a classification on the tracking code that rolls up to different campaigns. This is not the marketing channel or last touch channel, etc.Suppose I use the campaign rollup at look at a campaign, email, for example, and I look at entries, orders participation and revenue participation over the past 7 full days. Then for the same timeframe, I create a segment where the campaign rollup = email and it’s a visit level segment. I also look at entries, orders participation, and revenue participation. Why would the orders and revenue be different? Both are using participation metrics over the same timeframe. If a visit had an email entry and ordered, it should show in both cases. We have two reports supplying two different values each week and I’m trying to a) explain where the difference comes from and b) determine which report is showing what we are asking of it.My theory is the ‘visit’ level segment is pulling in orders where the visitor had an email entry within 30 days and it’s being
Hi Team, I'm working on a usecase where I need to create a Interactive Proof for a Web URL and need some ideas and suggestion on how to achieve this. I have a field attached to an object(TASK) where we will enter the URL of the webpage that needs to be proofed and I need to develop the fusion scenario that will automate Interactive Proof for that URL entered. Any suggestions and ideas are appreciated. Thanks for your time!!!

On Friday the proofing app had an outage for around 12 hours. I am wondering if those users who have migrated to Unified Review and Approvals using Frame.io experienced any issues too. Trying to find out if the Frame.io process is more stable as we have been experiencing a lot of issues with proof lately.
I have built out a scenario in Fusion and I can fetch and read the note/update and notify those not tagged. But, I would like to update the note/update to add tags. I’m able to create a new note/update that will add tags but I don’t want to create a new one I just want to update the original with tags.Is this possible?Thank you in advance for your insight.
It would be great to create a date range which is relative to the Date Ranges selected in the Panel. Right now, I can only visualize a fixed date range for a previous reporting period. Example: I create a report with last week as previous comparing period. When I change the Date Ranges in the Panel (e.g. last quarter) it will still compare the whole last quarter with last week.
When updating the panel date ranges, the Comparison Dates stay the same. This means we as users have to delete the old comp dates and percentage change metrics, then create new ones. On bigger “recycled” dashboards, this takes FOREVER! This one improvement would save me hours and hours and hours every year. Thanks! RR

Set team or scenario notification options for IMS organizationsIMS organizations can now enable or disable each notification type independently at the team level — the same fine-grained controls previously available only to non‑IMS organizations. Scenario-level notification settings continue to override team settings when present.OverviewTo give teams finer control over the notifications they receive, administrators and team managers in IMS organizations can now choose which situations trigger Fusion notifications. Instead of a single on/off switch for all notifications, you can toggle each notification type independently:Notify on warning — Send a notification when a scenario execution logs a warning. Notify on error — Send a notification when a scenario execution fails. Notify when scenario is disabled — Send a notification when Fusion auto‑deactivates a scenario (for example, after too many consecutive errors).Scenario-level notification settings still take precedence over team-lev

SSO (SAML) breaks after an in-place upgrade to AEM 6.5.25 (CFP-25) Environment: on-premise AEM Author, upgraded from 6.5.10 to 6.5.25.Immediately after applying CFP-25, every SSO-related decrypt operation fails with:javax.crypto.BadPaddingException: pad block corruptedThis appears to break decryption of the SAML keystore/truststore passwords and replication transport passwords. As a result, SSO fails and the CMS becomes inaccessible, except by disabling SAML authentication and using the manual login route. The master key is stored in the JCR under /etc/key; it was never migrated to the filesystem bundle. The key value itself was not changed during the upgrade. I simply installed the CFP package, waited until it was complete and restarted the instance, as per the instructions. The workaround that resolved the issue (currently on test environments) was to rewrite the stored /etc/key value from the older obfuscated format to the raw value, so the newer crypto bundle could read it correct

Hi everyone,I’m currently working on setting up an Edge Delivery Services (EDS) site using an Adobe repository and would appreciate some guidance. My goal is to: Set up a new EDS project using the official Adobe repository Configure the required integrations to create and load the website using AEM Sites authoring Create pipelines, deploy the site, and preview content I’ve gone through the documentation, but most of the references are based on using a public GitHub repository. In my case, I’m working with a private repository (Adobe repo). At the moment, I’m facing an issue with site ownership verification. Even after adding the required verification file, the verification is not successful. Currently, my repository only contains this verification file and does not yet include files like fstab.yaml or other standard EDS configuration files. It would be really helpful to understand the correct approach for private repository setups, EDS site creation, especially around ownership verifi
