Yesterday we started seeing a new message when making comments/updates in requests and projects.  The message we’re getting is ‘This comment can’t be saved because it’s formatted content is too large’.  Is anyone else getting this message? We know this is new because we use the same script with some clients, and the script used to be able to be pasted in full.  Now we have to break it into two chunks. Why are they adding random limitations like this off-schedule?  We’re just trying to work, and this doesn’t help at all.

1) Is event depth metric incremented if same page is visited twice in the same session ? I believe No, but wanted to double confirm.2) Event depth is basically the count of Unique pageView, or does it follow any real order of pageViews to measure the depth ?3) Event depth works based on eventType but all digital clickstream data would have same pageView as eventType, in that case how does it calculate the eventDepth ?

We are looking to copy content between two environments across different AEM as a Cloud Service programs, such as from Environment A in Program A to Environment B in Program B.We explored the Content Copy feature and can see the “Destination Program” option. However, after selecting the destination program, we are still able to see only the source program environments.Is cross-program content copy currently supported? If yes, are there any prerequisites or additional configurations required for destination environments to appear?

I’m looking for suggestions for validating an issue property against a list of valid values in Fusion.  I considered importing the valid list from a CSV file, but I haven’t been able to determine how to compare the property value to the list and confirm that it is valid.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We have an ongoing requirement where API triggered campaign will be triggered from CDS source system when they make the API call. The namespace we are using is EID - which is the profile identifier for the existing users within company’s system. Now, we need to integrate another namespace which will be non-profile identifier for new first-time users which are not present in the source system. The source system integration with AJO API triggered campaign is based on campaignID value which is unique per campaign. Now, we cannot add 2 namespaces within same campaign and creating multiple campaign versions based on namespace is not a viable solution. Is there any way we can accommodate the requirement of non-profile identifier and profile identifier both within same campaign? As the campaigns will be relevant for new & existing users both. I’m parsing a downloaded CSV like I have done many times before but for this scenario I am getting bad encoding.  Any ideas what could be wrong?     

We have a fully functional React SPA - it is standalone and not part of the Adobe architecture.  A portion of the same website does utilize AEM to serve its content.  The business would like to be able to personalize some content utilizing AEM and publish that as content on a React page/route.  What is best practice to going about this?  Some of the content may be dynamic based on some data that the React SPA fetched from an API as well.

Currently, there are around 1500–2000 articles, and the number keeps increasing daily. Because all article links and HTML are rendered directly in the DOM, the page load time has become very high.The current implementation is SEO/GEO friendly since search engines like Google can crawl and index all URLs available in the DOM. However, the major issue is the performance and page load time.I’m looking for suggestions on how to improve the page performance without negatively impacting SEO/GEO. hi,I am facing an issue while rendering PDF from Adaptive forms (build using foundation component) on AEM 6.5.24. The Adaptive form is created using XDP template and the fields are binded too.The issue is that the form has a button, and on click runs a script which enables a subform.The event works fine on Adaptive form too. When the button is click the adaptive fragment (which is the subform in xdp) is visible and the other fields are hidden. The problem is when we render PDF from Adaptive form. The then subform is still hidden. I believe the since it is an UI event on Adaptive, the XDP is not aware of it and it still hides the subform.Is there any way to make subform visible using a button click on Adaptive form?Thank you.

Hi all,I need to conditionally exclude some fields from the auto-generated DOR through code. Nothing I’ve tried to program is working.Please, how can I emulate in code what the “Exclude From Document Of Record” checkbox does? It works correctly when I use the UI checkbox, but if I try to do it via code in the Value Commit event, it doesn’t work. I’ve tried things like:field.dorExclude = true; field.excludeFromDoR = true; field.dorExclude = true…but none of it works. Thanks in advance for your help!Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

We are interested in finding solutions to expose video content stored in an external file store like Azure storage through a common experience like Content Hub. Lets assume that I want to create journey like this.Customer adds to cart. Did not make a purchase  Then I would like to personalize web experience for that user Journey looks as follows: I did not find in the documentation. Is the experience only displayed once? May I somehow configure it to be displayed for 3 days & mulitple times if user follows is still in that journey? Any ideas?  

Hi everyone, I’m building an abandoned cart flow and hitting an identity namespace limitation.Journey starts with a web pageView (Namespace: CICID). Waits 15 mins, then sends a WhatsApp message. Needs to wait for a WhatsApp button tap (Unitary Event, Namespace: Phone).A single journey locks to CICID, preventing me from adding the Phone unitary event in the middle. Supplemental Identifiers aren't an option since both are person-based identities.The Catch:I need contextual payload data from both events simultaneously to execute the final step: the cart data from the web event, and the wamId and button text directly from the incoming WhatsApp event payload.My Current Workaround:I split this into two journeys:Journey 1 (CICID): Fires on the web event, sends the WhatsApp message, and uses an Update Profile activity to temporarily park the cart data into custom fields on the user's AEP Profile. In a workflow I set a variable, e.g. vars.contentId, in a Content Management activity.In a typology rule (JavaScript) I need this value, but vars.contentId is not available there.Questions:Can a typology rule access vars.xxx from the workflow if that value is not stored on the delivery (i.e. not mapped to a delivery attribute)? If not, is it possible to add a script field on the delivery Advanced tab that would be able to read vars.xxx, or do scripts there also run only in the delivery context (no vars)?What is the recommended way to pass a workflow variable into a typology rule?

Good afternoon!We use (AEM/Guides) Native PDF output and have our draft comments set to display in PDF output with special formatting.They had been working fine until we recently updated to 5.1. Now everything in Guides shows correctly (author, source, preview) but there are no Draft Comments in the output PDF. What could have caused this? Is there a default that reverted possibly?  Any help is appreciated!Thanks,Josh
