Hello Workfront Community! My teammates & I have been searching through Experience League and experimenting on how to best handle task approval reporting since the options available out-of-the-box are not comprehensive. We generally need to report on data for all rounds that have occurred, not just the most recent. With that, this post consolidates information found on Experience League and some additions on it so that others with similar uses in the future can utilize. As a reference point too, we mostly use task approvals for Marketing Operations teams where document and proof approvals won't fit. Ability to Edit Custom Form while Task is Pending Approval (Global Setting) - Original Post LinkThis setting would have to be turned on globally (across the entire system) but there is a button to allow custom form editing while a task is pending approval. This helps if there is a QA checklist on a task that needs to be filled out while it is being reviewed. (Setup > Approv

What is CJA?Customer Journey Analytics is an application service built on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) that lets you use the power of Analysis Workspace and combine it with various other data sources like online, brick and mortar, CRM, call center data, etc. Using the Experience Data Model (XDM), data can be uniformly represented, organized, integrated all in one place for reporting. In order to start off with this integration there are some prerequisites that you need to have.Prerequisites:CJA licenseProvisioned to AEPCurrently using Adobe AnalyticsData flow from Adobe Analytics(AA) to AEP:There are different ways to ingest data into AEP namely:Batch IngestionStreaming IngestionSourcesIn this case, we will be using the Sources method for ingestion and use Adobe Analytics as the source into AEP. The Analytics source connector streams data collected by Analytics to the Platform in real time, converting SCDS-formatted Analytics data into Experience Data Model (XDM) fiel
Hello Dynamic Chat community! I'm a UX designer on the DC team and we're looking to improve the Live Chat Performance dashboard. To do this, we want to hear from you - what metrics do you want to see on this dashboard? Please rank the importance of these below. If you think of any not on this list, please feel free to comment those as well. - Total live chats initiated - Average chat time - Average response time - Missed chats (no agents available, agents available but no response, or system error) - Completed (closed by agent/visitor) - Dropped Some points to consider/guide your thought process: 1) When you come to the Live Chat dashboard, what are you trying to see? What's the first thing you want to check? 2) How do you want to see this information? Chart, table, funnel, something else? Thank you in advance for your time and feedback! We look forward to hearing from you.
**Posting on behalf of @Rajesh Talele** **Updated in August 2025** What is segmentation Marketo’s segmentation allows you to automatically group people into distinct profiles for reporting and dynamic content. There is a lot more to personalization than just "Hi {{Lead.First Name}}". With Marketo dynamic content, you can customize how different people see a landing page or email. Segmentation is the basis on which you can customize this dynamic content. Segmentation categorizes your audience into different subgroups based on a Smart List rule. These groups are called segments. For example, if we have a segmentation called Industry, some of the segments could be: Healthcare, Technology, Financial, Consumer Goods etc. Once you've created different segments, you can add dynamic content blocks into your landing page or email. This tells Marketo that you want that piece of content to be different depending on which person views it. Keeping your Mar
We've built an enterprise-wide request form. In my section, I have a check box field of names, checking a name goes to a drop-down field for that person where you have to select what account they're working on. I want to build a report that counts the number of times each person in that check box field is selected (a request count by person); however, when I build the report and go to the groupings field I cannot select the check box field, I can only select the corresponding drop-down fields. The problem here is that I have a few account managers that don't feed to a drop-down submenu. Am I doing something wrong?

Not quite sure what the difference between a Marketo executable campaign and a Marketo request campaign is and when you should use one over the other? Then you’ve come to the right place. This post will explain the difference, give examples of when each should be used, and also clear up the enigmatic “Use Parent Campaign Token Context” option. Simply put, the difference between Marketo executable and request campaigns is that executable campaigns are executed sequentially while request campaigns are executed in parallel. When 2 Marketo executable campaigns are placed one after another in a smart campaign flow, the first executable campaign will execute all its flow steps BEFORE the second executable campaign executes the first of its flow steps. When 2 Marketo request campaigns are placed one after another, the first request campaign is requested, and then straight afterward the second request campaign is requested and both will carry out their flow steps simultane
In AEM 6.3, using Asset "Share Link" functionality, renditions are shared by default and then user could select "Allow download of original file" to include original asset in shared link? So, the default behavior is that renditions are always included and original asset is optional to be included. We have a requirement to make renditions share as optional by enabling a checkbox "Allow download of renditions". If this checkbox is selected, then only renditions are shared. If "Allow download of original file" is selected, then only original asset is shared and if both checkboxes are selected, then both original asset and renditions needs to be shared. Figured out a way to update the dialog by overlaying "/libs/dam/gui/content/assets/adhocassetsharedialog". Need help on how to extend backend services to achieve this? From log messages, I could see POST request is going "com.day.cq.dam.core.impl.assetlinkshare.AdhocAssetShareServlet", but not sure how to extend this functionality of making

Ever wanted to copy a bunch of fields from a “lead template” to new leads on creation? Or “broadcast” field values from a primary lead to a group of related leads, say all from the same company? (Just say yes, it’ll make me feel better about developing this method.☺) It’s all possible with a Data Transfer Page (DTP). A DTP forms the backbone of my popular SimpleDTO library — the JS solution for cross-origin form pre-fill. In that case, the DTP is fetched by the browser. You can also read a DTP entirely from the server side using a webhook to transfer values across leads! A key difference is that with SimpleDTO, the DTP is an HTML document with an “island” of valid XML inside it; that island then gets parsed as an XML doc and then the values are used to pre-fill. In contrast, when used as a lead template, the DTP as a whole is parsed as an XML doc, which webhooks can parse for Response Mappings.✱ Make a DTP that’s valid XML We
We are on AEM 6.5.5 and after updating to SP 16, the form submissions are failing with HTTP 400 Malformed request error. After some troubleshooting, I notice that the error happens only when submission action includes sending an email. We are not using the Forms add-on package as of now. Could you please advise if this is a known issue of SP 16 and if there is a fix or workaround for this.
If you are an Adobe Summit newbie like I am this year, planning for the Summit can be exciting BUT daunting. I asked my fellow Champions who had been to the Summit what tips they have for first-time attendees, and they delivered! Here are some things they wished they knew before attending their first Adobe Summit. What to Add to Your Summit ScheduleIf you are still trying to figure out what sessions to add, @mandygeorge suggests prioritizing labs first. “Most sessions will be online after, (but) the labs won’t be.”Some of this year’s Champions will be presenting at the Summit. @katie_klein will be presenting on the CX Revolution on Tuesday at 2:30 PM. Thursday is loaded with Adobe Analytics Champion content. @frederikwerner kicks it off with a session to take your Adobe Analytics practice to another level at 9:30 AM. Mandy, @catherine_kum-seun, @sharilynndeutsch, and @jeff_bloomer will be hanging out with @justin-swanson
