Journey orchestration has become a fixture in modern B2B marketing language. Most organizations will tell you they’re orchestrating journeys across channels, personas, and lifecycle stages. But if you look past the terminology, something doesn’t quite hold up.What’s often called “orchestration” is still, in practice, a sequence of campaigns — connected, yes, but ultimately linear. Optimized for engagement. Responsive to individual actions. And only loosely tied to how buying decisions actually unfold. That gap shows up in a familiar way: marketing activity increases, but opportunity progression doesn’t keep pace. This isn’t a tooling problem. And it’s not for lack of effort. It’s a design problem. We’re Designing for Activity — Not for DecisionsMost journey orchestration models still follow a predictable structure:A person engages → enters a nurtureEngagement increases → score increasesThreshold is met → handed to salesFrom a systems standpoint, that’s coherent. From a revenue standpoint, i

Hi everyone,I’m new to the Adobe Experience League community and excited to finally join the discussions here. I’ve been exploring different Adobe solutions and trying to better understand how teams use Adobe tools to create more effective digital experiences and workflows.I’m particularly interested in learning best practices, practical use cases, and real-world tips from experienced members — especially around improving productivity, content management, and overall user experience within Adobe platforms.I’m still learning, so I’m hoping to gain insights from community discussions, shared resources, and expert advice. If anyone has recommendations for beginner-friendly learning paths, helpful documentation, or common mistakes to avoid, I’d really appreciate your guidance.Looking forward to connecting and learning with all of you! Thanks
Workfront adoption isn’t a one-time launch, it’s a long-term strategy. Because Workfront changes how work actually flows (not just where it’s tracked), teams are often shifting processes, roles, and long-standing habits. In this practitioner-focused session, featuring Carol Thomas-Knipes, VP, Creative Technology Operations at Citi (@thatdamladynyc); Daniel Clarke, Director, Adobe Workfront and Fusion Practice at EMMsphere (@Daniel_Clarke ); and Victoria Sellers, Associate Manager at Accenture (@VicSellers) shared how to design Workfront so people want to use it—and keep using it.Specifically, you’ll hear:How to design your Workfront environment for adoption from day one, including governance, templates, and user experiences Tips for standardizing intake and workflow so work enters the system consistently, moves efficiently, and provides leaders with visibility without creating friction for teams Practical ways to use automation to drive engagement and accountability A clear, actionable

Hi everyone,I’ve recently been spending time with the word puzzle Letter Boxed, and it made me think about how games that challenge creativity and structured thinking can actually relate to digital workflows and content strategy. For anyone new and wondering how do you play Letter Boxed, the idea is to connect letters from different sides of a square to form words while eventually using all available letters in as few moves as possible. It’s simple to learn but surprisingly strategic.Interestingly, puzzles like this feel similar to working within Adobe tools — combining limited elements creatively to produce efficient outcomes, whether in content design, UX thinking, or marketing workflows.I’m curious:Do you use logic or word games to sharpen creative thinking? Have you noticed problem-solving skills from games translating into your Adobe projects?Would love to hear how others approach Letter Boxed or similar brain-training activities! Thanks!
Description - Would like to have a description area to be able to apply information about how a calendar to provide information regarding a calendarWhy is this feature important to you - This would be a place where information can be provided on how to use the intended calendar, simple instructions about the different views and to provide some information for admin governance needs. How would you like the feature to work - Add description area that can be seen at the top of the calendar or can be added to the left navigation panel.Current Behavior: This does not exist.

Hello!I have created a custom workflow activity called “Teams Alert” - this is a Campaign Classic v8 workflow activity that creates AdaptiveCard alert posts in any authorised Teams Channel or Chat. It’s designed to be used alongside the “Alert” activity, as an additional channel to notify end users:Simple workflow with the new activity Example of a Teams Alert created by the activityThe code is complete, fully open-source, and is available on my GitHub:https://github.com/mroshaw/CampaignClassicTeamsAlertActivityA full end user guide and deployment instructions are in the repository readme.Feedback is very welcome either here or via the issues tab in the repository.
A recruiter called me last month. She had an open AEM Product Manager role. Been open for 3 months. Plenty of applicants. But none of them understood the new AEM.Here's what changed —AEM isn't just a content management system anymore.Adobe just launched MCP Servers inside AEM — meaning developers can now use AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Visual Studio to write, debug, and deploy AEM code without leaving their editor. They also launched LLM Apps — a capability that lets brands build experiences that live directly inside AI interfaces like ChatGPT and Gemini.Think about that.Your website content... delivered inside an AI conversation.AEM is quietly becoming the backbone of how brands show up in the AI era.But most hiring managers are still writing job descriptions for 2022.The AEM talent market hasn't caught up yet. The candidates who understand this new AEM? They're rare. And they know their worth. If you're hiring AEM talent right now — the bar has moved. Are your job descriptions
I need a correct roadmap to become Adobe Experience Platform developer to prepare my skills
Go to https://da.live/, navigate to your site, update the organization permissions, and then publish the page from the console.
Per conversation during Summit:When your converted issue is linked to a resolving project, here’s the link to the information about what happens.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/manage-work/issues/convert-issues/resolving-and-resolvable-objects#synchronize-statuses-when-the-resolving-object-is-a-task-or-a-projectIn summary: changing to specific project statuses will trigger a change to the issue status. I had at least one admin asking me about this over breakfast -- when a project is set to Planning, this is equivalent to issue status NEW which is why your actual start date keeps getting overwritten. [MATT E -- please make sure you look at your project preferences to set a default status for your new projects -- maybe on hold rather than Planning?] The “better” thing to do is to set up a set of custom statuses for a better linkage between project and originating issue -- and then hide the custom issue statuses so that your users are not able to manually select
As mentioned in session:Sample System Audit -- dashboard+report kickstart:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zUjJxHVB-gRMaMXTVyLZfYEmD1fcKJmB/view?usp=sharingthis is a combined dashboard and report kickstart, and should be downloaded and uploaded into your Workfront kickstarts area as a zip file [feel free to try it out in your preview sandbox]. Do not unzip unless you particularly need to make edits to the files before uploading (if you do need to make edits, you need to unzip, edit the file, and then rezip) when you upload it, it should create a dashboard and 14 reports in 3 columns across it. The dashboard is called Sample System Audit, and the 14 reports all start with "zz" so you can easily locate them. (please rename) these reports are suggestions only and do not contain everything reportable. (specifically these reports are a great start for beginner to intermediate admins) past week vs last week: in the last instance I was in, we reviewed the last 7 days. So we weren't intereste

When adding a custom HEX code to a background color in the new Marketo builder, the editor does not apply the color; you cannot hit select/enter to apply the settings. The only way I have found to actually apply the settings is to paste the HEX code into the color block, then arrow up or down to change the color to an adjacent color, then return to the original color I pasted to get the color to apply. When applying a background color to a component using a HEX code, the change doesn't take effect automatically and we need to press the Tab key for the change to apply. This isn’t very intuitive and we would expect that hitting enter or selecting the value would automatically apply the custom Hex code for a background color.
I’m excited to speak with Jennifer Dungan about Marketing Channels, an often confusing topic. Come with your questions and we’re happy to answer them!9:30am Monday morning in the Adobe booth Mini Theatre in the Pavilion AMA (Ask me anything) Schedule

Hey everyone — I built a free tool that might save you some time on your next AEP implementation.SynthAEP generates realistic XDM-compliant synthetic data for AEP sandboxes. Instead of manually crafting test profiles and events, you pick a scenario, set parameters, and download ready-to-ingest data. The multi-schema feature is what I'm most proud of: upload 2-5 schemas (mix of profile and event), choose batch or streaming format for each, and get a ZIP with unified data where identities stitch correctly across all datasets. Streaming exports come with Postman collections so you can POST directly to your DCS endpoint.Free tier available, custom/multi schema you can try once per day.aepsynthdata.comWould love to hear what would make this more useful for your workflows. What scenarios should I add? What field groups are missing?
