Hi ,Added some admin group to "Edit Closed User Group" In page properties permissions of specific page . Due to that that page and child pages not accessible to end user. Due to that permission CUG the page is giving 404 to end user however that page persists in publisher. I am curious this config is there long time and we use to do content update on that page, why this page breaks all of sudden. Kindly suggestAEM env: AEM as cloud service.  

I've been on this forum for a few years now, and I've seen the level of activity ebb and flow. Sometimes we have a lot of activity, other times you can hear crickets. But one of the things that I've learned about improving a community is that you need all of the voices not just a few. So, I want to hear your thoughts - what do you want to see in this community? What draws you to it? What are you hoping to get out of it? What do you want to see more of?   I think that we have a great thing here, the ability to connect with other experts from around the world, share ideas, tips and tricks, and learn something new. One of my favourite things is reading questions from others, seeing what kind of challenges different companies are facing. I'm drawn to this community because there are so many different opinions, people with different ways of doing things that can help you see a problem in a new light and find solutions. 

Hi all,  I have some irregular data from Sep 17 (JST) and I think that is caused from the attached issue (https://status.adobe.com/).The issue shows that "The Adobe engineering team reverted the data collection performance optimization change at 11:00 UTC on September 18, which prevented further unexpected values in Analysis Workspace reporting. " But I got some irregular data today (report suite and datafeed). The irregular data looks like only post-operated data and non-post data is good for me (that is, evar1 is good, but post-evar1 is not good). Does anyone have the same problem?   

I created two Rules in Data Collection. One first one fires when a video starts playing (Video Start). This is event 50. The second one fires when the video finishes playing (Video Finished). This is event 54.When testing, I noticed in the interact call for Video Finished/event 54, both event 50 and event 54 have a value of 1.  In the Video Finished rule, in the Web SDK Update Variable action, I only put a "1" on event 54. I left event 50 blank. I did not check the Clear existing value checkbox although I did try checking it and it didn't make a difference.  I'm concerned about the data/reporting for this event. Why does event 50 have a value (1) even though I didn't enter this value in the update variable action, and how can I remove it?

When I have a requested issue come into the "Intake column" of my board I move it to the "In Progress" column.  Once converted to a project, I disconnect from the request project and connect to the live project to complete.  Once I do that, it duplicates the issue and puts one back in the Intake Column.

When we search for a product related to our client's website, we receive options through Google's AI mode. When the AI presents links related to our client's site, we click on one and are navigated to the site. If an order is placed, this conversion is currently attributed to the 'Organic' channel. However, when users click on those AI-generated answers in Google search, the referrer only shows as google.com. Could anyone suggest how we can distinguish between 'AI overview' clicks and standard search clicks? Instead of attributing this traffic to 'Organic,' is there a way to attribute it specifically to 'AI Mode clicks'?

Hi, has anyone had any issues that prevent the custom HTML presenting for some returning visitors. It is working for me but not for our website developer. I'm checking their browser, making sure they are not incognito and if they have ever had the custom HTML. they have previously submitted 3 forms, so they should be adequately cookied. thanks

In my website , I see a race condition rarely when the user land on first load rarely i could see my web sdk page load rule is not triggering. So i created an rule checking whether the acdl, ecid and one trust is available and emitting an acdl event on its availability. But this rule checking throws a timeout error on a race condition first page load where it records a unique visitor but not the pageview.We are triggering that checking rule on acdl event pageloaded, but also throwing race condition and says custom code has been time out.Any help how this can be fixed.Note : Will this be caused as when acdl is pushed before launch library is not readyplease advise

Hi There, We have created a Custom Job Queue Configuration for a workflow model to control parallelism. However the workflow model has been created on Several instances using Workflow Model page, hence how do I get a topic name for that workflow model so that it binds to customized Job Queue Configuration. For example if Workflow Model name is ABC-Model then I used topic name as following  "var/workflow/models/ABC-Model","com/adobe/granite/workflow/job/var/workflow/models/ABC-Model/jcr_content/model","com/adobe/granite/workflow/job/var/workflow/models/ABC-Model" However it is not taking up custom job configuration while running, and there is no way I can find exact topic name. We just know that model is available as var/workflow/models/ABC-Model Any Help is appreciated

Hi, We have many security/groups created under PR and PN node, and we have added many users into those groups manually under both nodes. This is under use from many years, and also currently we are utilizing this for adding/removing people, but from past week we are facing a issue. We created a new group and checked same thing occurred. Issue description: The users are getting removed from the PN instance frequently. The created group is present but the users are getting vanished. This is creating a huge impact.But its working as expected on PR instance. So, please help regarding this. Thanks,Shreyas.  

My company was migrated to Adobe Admin Console this past February. I am positive I had the ability to delete user accounts from our Workfront environment, at least until this morning. I had a counterpart add a new user but entered a misspelled email address. She re-entered the user into the Workfront user system with the proper email address and renamed the first incorrect account as "Delete lastname". When we both try to click on "permanantly delete" we get an error message the says: ERROR User deletion is not available. If you want to delete users please useAdobe IMS instead.The first incorrect account is not represented in the Admin Console. I reactivated the account and still see no way to "delete" just remove, which puts me in the same situation.I contacted support and was told this is all expected behaviour. So if we mistype an email address we just collect a group of "deactivated" user accounts that we can not delete from our systems like an Admin might want to do?Has anyone els

Hi everyone! I just realized that we can't use custom tokens {{my.*}} in the Design Studio tab. I have over 200 forms in that section, and I need to add a field and a label to each one. What's the best way to do this, besides manually editing each form one by one? Thanks!

Hi, we are experiencing issues with one form that sometimes and to some users returns "Submission failed, please try again” error. I checked this blog and could not find two forms on the page. The website with the form is here: https://conscia.com/se/event/hur-bygger-vi-framtidens-datacenter-2/ The issue appears randomly to only some users (different browsers, different OS) and there is no pattern that we could identify. We have multiple other Marketo forms across the website, but the issue is present only on this form. We opened the ticket with support, but they have not come back to us yet. In case someone has any hints on what could be the cause of this error,  we would be very thankful to know. Thank you, Matjaž 

I have and AEM Designer built form. I can add row instances.  What I need is in each row I want to include a check box and another button else where of the form. And when I click this button It will refer to checked boxes in rows and perform tasks such as delete that instance or include a new instance below etc. Do you have any idea how we can do that?  

Hello Community,We have an AEM Target integration currently in place, and our API integration is configured with both the default and project workspaces, with both Approver and Editor access assigned. The issue lies with the API integration: we are able to successfully export the XF to the project-specific workspace in Target, but we are having trouble pulling audiences from Target.At present, we can sync audiences from the default workspace in Target, but we are unable to pull audiences from the project workspace. On the AEM side, we do not have any configuration that allows us to pull from a specific workspace, other than the API integration—where, ideally, we should be able to specify the workspace. Currently, it is configured to use the project workspace.Has anyone tried pulling audiences from Target’s project workspace? We are using a premium Target account, which should have the capability to access audiences from the project workspace. Can someone advise what access is required

Hi Everyone, In Aem 6.5 we had bulk editor which helps to update the existing page properties in bulk via import and export tsv file. However this feature is deprecated in AEMAACS.   Is there any other alternative OOTB way to achieve the same ( this is specifically for AEM sites) ?   Thanks  

Hi Team, We are using PDF Viewer Component on AEM Cloud service.There we also have used the config org.apache.sling.caconfig.impl.override.OsgiConfigurationOverrideProvider~pdf-viewer.cfg.json where we add PDF Client ID that we created from link https://acrobatservices.adobe.com/dc-integration-creation-app-cdn/main.html Now, the issue is I need different Client ID's per domain to make the component working on all the Author and Publisher environment, so I need to create 6 Client ID's which is also create 6 projects in Developer Console, so is there any way where we can use the same client ID for all environments Author and Publish instance. Thanks,SD
