Setting Connection Rolling Window

Hi,

 

Wondering if anyone knows how long it takes for Workspace to reflect events once a rolling window has been set on a Connection? e.g. 3 months to 1 month. Haven’t seen any changes after 2 hours so curious

OK, while I can’t say for sure how CJA works… I know that Adobe Analytics happens monthly, but then, all retention time frames (as far as I am aware) are based on “number of months”, so the data truncation happens as soon as the new month rolls over.

 

I am not fully sure if CJA works the same, but I would still expect that it would happen at a general roll-over point… If they are at a month designation, then I would expect you to see the results next month.

Hi, 

 

Are you talking about a Data Retention Rolling Window? I believe that is done either daily or monthly?

 

If you are just talking about setting up a rolling date in your panel, I think you still need to refresh the report to see updated data, I don’t think it’s Real Time.

 

I don’t see a “Real Time” report template in CJA…

Yes--applying a data retention rolling window on an existing Connection. Couldn’t seem to find documentation on how the job runs online.
