Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Content managers need an ability to "Replace a file" from the asset's properties. We implemented an override for them (pictures attached). In future we'd like to have this feature as Out-of-the-box functionality. Use-case: Content manager creates an asset's language copy, then "Reveal in Asset", then goes to the asset's properties and need to Replace the original file by translated version of file, having stored it on local computer with different name. Current/Experienced Behavior: Content manager can update an asset's file by one of the 2 ways: Create a Version: Open the folder in the DAM. Find his/her asset file. Select it and click on the "+ Create" button, then select "Version" button. Replace an original file OR Create a version:Save a future image with the SAME name as an original asset's file in the DAM. Drag and drop the future image to the DAM. System suggests "Create a version" or "Replace". Improved/Expected Beha
Hi All, We are trying to embed an AEM Adaptive form in an external web page that is build using Angular. As per the official documentation, we tried the HTML injection using Ajax and Jquery. Though this worked, it opened up a lot of security questions as the HTML is being injected into the hosting page. This cannot be sanitized by Angular due to the JS and CSS existing. Also, them having to map the relative paths of client libs to AEM Server.Alternatives discussed were using iFrame. My question is to understand your take on both the approaches and what can be followed. We are also discussing headless delivery, we are on prem but this can be a longer term goal for us. My understanding is HTML injection how is Adobe recommending this approach with such security concerns around ? Are there any mitigation controls we can put in place. Thanks,Abhishek
Hello everyone,We recently noticed an issue with the Table Builder feature. When we apply filters to multiple dimensions, the filter only applies to the first dimension. Any dimension listed under the first one does not get filtered at all. This behavior seems new—previously, we were able to filter multiple dimensions at once without any problems, and the table would update correctly across all selected fields.Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known bug?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
When I send A/B subject line test proofs to a client, only one subject line gets sent. I send the proofs to a list of email recipients. What could I be doing wrong?

Working in the new email template designer I have a published template that looks great and orderly. However, when I send a test to myself, some of the spacing isn’t the same and creates large gaps between the content. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?
Hello EveryoneI have a Workfront Search module that returns multiple attachments. The challenge is that I want to send all these attachments in an HTTP form-data request in one module (e.g., to one API endpoint that expects multiple files) How can I achieve this ?
I’m trying to identify Standard access users who are not involved as Assignee to any object except issue and Approval process and who haven't changed any object status.Goal:If a user with Standard access has never performed a Task or Project status change or not been an assignee (excluding comments, document uploads, or approvals), we’re considering moving them to a Light/Contributor license.
Hello,I have listed for my understanding from the “Mark as done” behavior. Please advice, it’s correct?“Work on It” and “Mark as Done” options are visible only to users with a Standard access-level license. These options cannot be configured at the access-level or individual user level; they can be configured only at the team level. Example:Arunachalam has a Standard access license, so she can see both options. However, when he clicks “Work on It” or “Mark as Done,” the task status does not change because the option values are not set or configurable at the individual user level. When the same user is added to a team where these options are configured, and that team is assigned to a task, the options will be visible and clicking them will update the task status based on the team-level configuration.
Hi all, I have a custom field in my form that used a name as the name but an ID as the value underneath. For instance;Starter: Soup - ID1234Main Course: Pizza - ID2345Dessert: Ice Cream - ID3456 Now I want to concat my three course meal in a different field called (three course meal) such that the outcome is;Three Course Meal: Soup, Pizza, Ice Cream However, if I concat based on the field itself it now gives the output:ID1234, ID2345, ID3456 I know for all other ID fields in Workfront you can get rid of the ID and add .{name} but this does not seem to work for custom fields. Is there any other way that I can do this?
I want to create a custom PDF export that aligns closer to how it shows on WF. Example of how it’s exported and how I would like it to look. Do I have the option to customize the export? Exported: How it looks in WF:
Hi everyone,we have recently been facing an issue where a document attached to a request disappears if the same document is moved to a folder on the project level. It doesn’t seem to make any difference whether the request is converted into a task or not.Has anyone experienced a similar issue? If so, how did you manage to solve it? Or does anyone have an idea what we could try to fix this? Thanks in advance for your support!
I'm using the Workfront Search API to retrieve documents for a project. When I delete a folder (keeping its contents), the documents correctly appear in the root folder in Workfront's UI. However, my API document search queries aren't returning these documents. What I tried:- folders:ID_Mod: "isblank" - Only returns documents that were never in a folder, but misses documents fromdeleted folders that currently live in the root.- Various search modifiers with "isblank", "isnull", filtering by folderID, nameTo me it seems there is some remnant of these documents having been under a folder previously, and that's causing an issue here? Or I could just be missing something. Has anyone found a server-side filter combination that works for this use case, or is client-side filteringthe standard approach?
Hey Team, is there a way to customize the "name" that comes out when you send a proof? It comes from a generic email address, we were hoping instead of our name it would just say "our company name Proofing" or something like that? Any ideas? thanks!
Hello, Trying to update fusion certificate secret ID. Can someone share how to this in Fusion? Luis

We have an instance of AEM 6.5.12. with Guides 4.6 UUID running on a server and we want another instance of the exact same thing on another server that we will use as our “development server.” This is not an upgrade. We want the 2 instances to be identical. On our new server I have installed the exact same AEM 6.5 with the same service pack and same 4.6 release guides. All we need is the repository from the first instance. I cannot use package manager to do this because we must preserve the version history of all of our DITA topics. From the documentation I’ve read it seems the best way to do this is with ther CRX2OAK tool.I’m not experienced with migration and would appreciate any steps or advice you might have. First, is the CRX2OAK tool the best way to accomplish this? How do I get one repository to connect with another? Should the crx-quickstart folder from the target server be on the same server as our first AEM installation? If so, what is the best way to move the crx-quicksta
Query:In AEM, when using the Dimensional Viewer for 3D assets in DAM, we navigate to the asset's detail page, select Viewers → Dimensional Viewer, and see two buttons — URL and Embed. Clicking the URL button provides a link like https://s7.scene7.com.Where can I find the actual code or configuration responsible for generating these URL and Embed buttons, so I can modify the output URL to use https://abc.com instead of https://s7.scene7.com Regards,Srinivas
We are working on an AEM as a Cloud Service project using Azure DevOps Git as our repo, and our main AEM project includes a couple of Git submodules for shared components and clientlibs. Everything builds fine locally, but when deploying through Adobe Cloud Manager, the pipeline fails to recognize or fetch the submodules. TIA!
hi,We have a requirement to customize the digital forms on AEM 6.5 based on each customer.Currently, the AEM is placed within the intranet and is not accessible by anyone outside.Once AEM publish is placed outside intranet, and can be accessed by the customers, and we have a requirement to capture customer details. I am looking for different ways to authenticate AEM publish, without using LDAP or SSO , as the users are typically external customer and not employees.Kindly suggest different methods. Thank you.
Hi Team, What security measures should be taken care, when one AEM 6.5 publisher and dispatcher is placed outside Firewall. This is required for making it accessible to external customers, but I would like to know what are the security measure that we have to take care for this. Kindly suggest. Thanks.
In Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), performing a rollout from a blueprint currently requires the initiating user to have at least read access to all live copies associated with that blueprint. If the user lacks access to even one unrelated or newly created live copy, the rollout operation fails—even when the user has full permissions on the blueprint and the intended target live copy. This behavior creates significant operational challenges in large, multi-site or multi-tenant environments where: Editors are intentionally restricted from accessing unrelated live copies New sites are frequently added under the same blueprint Permission models are designed to enforce strict content isolation As a result, editors are blocked from performing legitimate rollouts, while administrators can perform the same action successfully. This forces teams to either over-provision permissions, rely on admin intervention, or introduce service-account-based workarounds, all of which increase operational
!--startfragment>I want to use the AEM List Folder module in Workfront Fusion to fetch subfolder data. However, while creating the connection I keep getting a 400 error. To troubleshoot, I went to the Adobe Developer Console, created a project, and added the AEM Assets Author API. But when I try to configure authentication, there is no option available for Server-to-Server OAuth.Because of this limitation, I am unable to connect the module.Could you please advise how to solve this problem, or if there is any alternative solution to connect Fusion with AEM Assets for listing folders?!--endfragment>
