Within our Marketing instance we send batch email campaigns for both “Marketing” emails which require opt out language and also “Servicing” communication.  Because our configuration supports one Address/Quarantine schema we are finding that our clients are marking marketing email messages as SPAM instead of interacting with the opt out link and preferences.  When this happens the SPAM/Denylist status is preventing email execution for servicing type deliveries that a client may have specifically requested be paperless (statements/confirms).Our clients are experiencing a disjointed experience here and we are exploring CANSPAM rules to see if there is best practice guidance around allowing servicing emails to bypass the denylist configuration to block the email distribution (distributing from same email domain, and the same instance).I can see how within typology and the delivery checkboxes we could bypass the denylist rule for these communications, however it’s not clear what the industr

I am looking to make API calls to ACC v7 using SOAP. What permissions should the user have and where do you set these permissions.Should the instance be configured to allow SOAP Logon with an Adobe ID, or do I need a separate Technical Operator account for API calls?

Hello Everyone,In Adobe Campaign Classic, I am writing a custom typology JavaScript rule that needs to evaluate recipients using campaign‑level or workflow‑level information. While testing, I observed the following behavior in typology JavaScript execution:vars is not defined instance.vars is not defined Workflow transition variables are not accessible Campaign / operation attributes cannot be accessed via Control Typology JavaScript  Is there any supported way in Adobe Campaign Classic to access campaign‑level or workflow‑level data directly inside a control typology JavaScript rule?Or is Control typology JavaScript intentionally isolated from workflow and campaign context by design? Thanks!!!Pradyumn  @ManviSharma @giuseppebaglio @AmitVishwakarma @arpan-garg @muskaanchandwani

Hi community, Within a workflow, we have calculated a field, segment_code. When the target audience arrives to the delivery, we want those with a value of T1 to be sent immediately and the rest to be sent 24 hours later. We don't want to create two deliveries; we want everything to be done within the same one. Is there a way to do this? Thanks

Hello, In my Adobe campaign Classic v7 client console shows only Campaigns Profiles & targets, reports in Home tab...But...The client console must have Campaign, Profiles and Targets,Social Networks, Monitoring and reports tabs in Home page of ACC v7 as shown below:Adobe campaign classic V7 client console with Campaign, Profiles and targets, Social Networks, Reports.why there is this difference in showing the options in my client console Home tab ? ,,,does it require any access permission need to be set upped/any licensed version been given while installing the client console?

while opening the recipient's folder, - Shows one or more graphical components has failed to display  restarted the console but also shows the same error.

When I send A/B subject line test proofs to a client, only one subject line gets sent. I send the proofs to a list of email recipients. What could I be doing wrong?

Hi,I try to configure the manual publication script in the deployment wizard: then I want to use this option to upload images within deliveries. However, it gives me the error: (-53) when I try to upload images. My assumption is the path for the publication script I provided is incorrect, but I cannot find any documentation that provides the explanation when the script should be put.As for the script - connector.sh - it moves files to external storage and works fine outside ACC.Can you give me a hint what should I do to make it working?

Context / EnvironmentProduct: Adobe Campaign (Hosted) Area: Offers / Offer Spaces / Propositions used within complex workflows Implementation: Custom logic around offers and offer spaces, used as a central decision point inside multi‑segmentation workflowsWhat happenedAn offer  was deleted instead of being deactivated. Since that deletion: New offer spaces and new offers mapped to these spaces no longer return propositions in workflows. The enrichment step remains empty when using these new configurations. Existing/older configurations seem unaffected (symptom primarily on new objects & mappings). Why this mattersOur workflows are fairly advanced: Multiple segmentations on the target population Eligibility rules + business logic An offer space is used as a central decision point (takes segmentation outputs → applies rules/eligibility → returns propositions → injected into delivery) Support/Engineering believes the deletion likely broke internal relationships within our customiz

Hello, Do anyone know if the workflow “cleanup” is the one removing registries in appSubscriptionRcp table (Removing the ones that have been quarantined, i mean)? And if it is, how do I stop it from removing one recipient-related registries? (Or how do i stop one recipient of getting into quarantine) Thank you in advance!

Hello, I’ve multiple custom broadLog schemas in my adobe campaign instance. Do you guys know any easy way to check all of them (So I know how many delivieres (Emails, push, sms...) were sent?)  Thank you in advance!

Hello!I've recently taken this old "AC Tips and Tricks" article that I came across and used it to create a public GitHub repository that contains code and documentation for creating custom workflow activities in Adobe Campaign Classic.I thought I'd share it here, just in case it's of interest to anyone who is looking to extend their platform implementation in this way:https://github.com/mroshaw/acc-custom-activityI'd be very interested to hear your thoughts and feedback!

Hi, I would like to know the possibility of getting instance details within a schema similar to $(login). Idea is to add a default value in an attribute automatically based on instance value on inserting new records in a schema.I am keen to get a solution other than functions or storeprocedures that can be used within a schema Thanks

I have been testing out conditional content within our transactional message in V8 however I can't seem to get it to work when there is a 'Null' condition present. The piece of Javascript I am using is: <% if (ctx.@Variable_Name != '') { %>show HTML content<% } else { %>show other HTML content<% } %> When I use <% if (ctx.@Variable_Name != 'variable name') { %>show HTML content<% } else { %>show other HTML content<% } %>  it seems to work fine however when I change it to a blank input it fails again. What am I doing incorrectly in the transactional message HTML editor compared to the normal delivery HTML editor as the same piece of code works there (obviously changing the variable name to be targetData rather than ctx)

Hi there,We have extended trackingUrl schema to add a new attribute which will hold a value against URLs in the email along with label. Schema changes are published. Now I need this new field to show up like Label field when I open the tracking & images window from delivery template. Which input form need to be updated? I'm on adobe campaign classic v8. Thanks in advance!

Hi, Is there a special method to delete schemas via javascript? The following generates an error:xtk.session.Write(<schema _operation="delete" xtkschema="xtk:sourceSchema" _key="@name" id={schemaName} />) The error:11/20/2025 12:29:20 PM XFR-180000 The file '/usr/local/neolane/nl6/datakit/xtk/eng/schema/sourceSchema.xml' does not exist on the server. Unable to load the document of identifier 'xtk:sourceSchema' and type 'xtk:schema'. Thanks,Skyler

Hi!  i just trying to make a soap call to retrieve the full list of activities (nodes) defined in a workflow — i.e., every element in the workflow diagram — using SOAP API. I tryed different calls but none of them work. example of one:<!-- 1. Logon (omitted for brevity) --><!-- 2. Query workflow definition --><soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:urn="urn:xtk:queryDef"><soapenv:Header/><soapenv:Body><urn:ExecuteQuery><urn:sessiontoken>___SESSION_TOKEN___</urn:sessiontoken><urn:entity><queryDef schema="xtk:workflow" operation="select"><select><node expr="@internalName"/><node expr="@label"/><node expr="@workflow"/></select><where><condition expr="@internalName = 'WKF123'"/></where></queryDef></urn:entity></urn:ExecuteQuery></soapenv:Body></soapenv:Envelope>Is there a direct SOAP method (e.g., ListA
