Bounce address

In Adobe Campaign Classic v7 you don't add a "bounce address" inside the workflow itself; you use the delivery's SMTP/Error address settings (or the template / routing account behind it).

For a single delivery in a workflow:

• In your workflow, open the Email delivery activity and click Open to edit the delivery.
• Click Properties.
• Go to the SMTP (or Delivery/SMTP, depending on build) tab.
• In Error address, enter the bounce mailbox you want (this is the envelope‐from / return path used for bounces).
• Save, analyze, and run the workflow.

So:

• Per‑delivery in workflow: set Error address in that delivery's Properties > SMTP.
• Globally / per brand: configure it in Deployment wizard and/or Email routing external account / delivery templates, then just reuse those templates in your workflow.
