Adobe Workfront Fusion

I am trying to map an array variable to the Planning Module but no matter what I do, I get an error "Array of objects expected in parameter 'F6914a6c02f21335b7b794d35'." I have tried to just have the ID numbers, the "id: xxxxxxx" and plenty of other things to get this to work but I don't know what it wants and I can not find any documentation on Planning Module specifics.  When I put the variables in one at a time in the without mapping, it works (but I will never know the set amount of objects so I need the array). If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it. My Variable Expression:The Variable Output:Planning Module Input: Error:

Hi,Let me explain what I’m trying to do.We have a custom user typeahead field. When that field is populated with someone’s name and the ticket is raised, I want the ticket status to change to CLIENT REVIEW. Once the status changes, the approver should be the person whose name is entered in the typeahead field (the name could be different for each ticket). After that person approves, the ticket status should move back to NEW, where the default approval process (applied to all requests) should start. My Fusion scenario works up to fetching the user ID from the typeahead field, but I’m unable to set the approver based on that field. Can you confirm whether this is possible? Regards,Diksha G.

Hi All We would like to integrate Writer agent with Workfront using Fusion. if anyone already done it please provide some suggestions. ThanksSamyuktha

Is there a way to identify document move from 1 folder to another in fusion?

Hi All, I am currently trying to use the SharePoint Online module "Get a Folder" with "Enter Manually" selected in the Enter Site, Drive and File IDs field. However, I am unable to format the "Folder Path" field correctly. I have tried multiple ways of retrieving the path of a folder in SharePoint with no success. Are there examples of anyone using this module successfully or documentation I could be pointed to?  Thanks.Padraic

We have a workflow that incorporates multiple rounds of reviews as tasks. We are trying to automate the closure of these tasks when rounds aren’t needed and approvals are obtained earlier than what we planned for. What I’m struggling with is the Parent Task status. Since the projects are set for the parent tasks to be a summary of the child tasks, when the child tasks are closed (status of not needed which equates with complete) the parent task is updated to Complete, which is ultimately fine but not the preference. We’d like it to update to “not needed,” which equates with Complete. Is there a way to edit this task status via Fusion? I’ve tried with a basic scenario without success, but not sure if there is any other option.

Our proofs are saved at the project document level. We have different workflows for approvals, but we also have corresponding tasks, so we build the SLAs into our project timeline. Is there a way with Fusion to link stages to specific tasks? For example, Compliance Review proof stage to auto complete a task called “Compliance Review (PROOFING STEP).” Is this possible?

Hi Guys,How to write the correct format for Entry date under filter condition? This is my current format but it wont pass to it.  Thanks,

Hi All,  I wanted to know if anyone has created a Fusion scenario to generate a $$USER.ID report displaying all of the active proofs a user is listed as just a 'reviewer' on a report.  This is something I've been meaning to tackle for a long time.  I imagine others would benefit from this to.

Hi Team, Do I have Workfront fusion access? How to check the access? Can the newly uploaded files move from Workfront to Sharepoint automatically, without human intervention? Please suggest me. Regards,Yashwanth

How to implement logging and monitoring  in Adobe workfront. We have an third party API which provides all logging information.

I want to recreate a production scenario in sandbox for some changes and testing. I imported the production json into a new scenario with sandbox connections, removed the production scenario custom webhook and added a new custom webhook for the sandbox connection scenario. The new webhook is activated but errored out on the first send since the request ID and all other data wasn’t received. The production webhook is triggered by new, unconverted request creation and creates old and new state data fields. Many of the webhook data fields are used throughout the scenario. When I create a new unconverted request in sandbox, the new scenario doesn’t run through the webhook. I know I’m missing something here, but can’t figure this out. Thanks for any help with this.

Hi,Screenshots attached......I'm trying to remove a Project User from a project in the People area, when they are no longer assigned any Tasks.I'm looking at the object Project User, which I believe is an array of the People on a Project. When I use the Search module in Workfront, I get an error saying that the object PRTU isn't available even though it's in the module drop down selection.'[422] PRTU is not a top level object and can't be requested directly in internal'Has anyone faced this issue?thanks,Kelly

Grok and I have been trying to crack this nut for an hour now. (I asked the AI Assistant and….let’s just say there were many 👎🏻s) Figured I’d ask the hive mind and--if I figure it out before anyone else does--I’ll post it here for everyone else. The ask: I want to be able to determine the ID of an approval attached to an issue. The only pieces of data I have are the approvalProcessID (which I know because I have Fusion apply an approval process to these issues) and currentApprovalStepID. No matter what I do with that currentApprovalStepID, I just cannot get to the approval. If I try to use that to search for the APPROVAL object, I get a 400. If I try searching via the ARVSTP object, I get scolded that it’s “...not a top level object and can't be requested directly in internal”There has to be something that both Grok and I are missing here. Any thoughts?

Does anyone have any links to what the various graphs in the Fusion performance dashboard actually mean? I can interpololate some of them, and others are obvious, but it would be nice if there was some explanation, I’m hesitant to use them to do any evaluating of anything without it.Executions waiting to be processed: Feels obvious, scenarios with data that are waiting to startPool Utilization: No ideaExecutions per scenario: Feels obvious, tracks the number of times a scenario was ranDuration of executions: Feels obvious, length of time that scenarios were running

I am in the process of specifying which Groups have view permissions to their relevant portfolios and programs. We’ve been working in an ‘everyone has access to view’ model. Now that there is more structure being built, I’d like to pull back and only allow view access to programs and portfolios that are assigned to each user(s) assigned group(s). I am new to fusion and went down a dark and frustrating rabbit hole. Does anyone have a starting point for me?

Hi Team,We're facing connectivity issues in Workfront Fusion when connecting to a client's Apigee endpoint for SAP integration using the HTTP module, despite sharing the official Fusion IP addresses list for whitelisting.Key Findings: Requests from Fusion hit Apigee showing source IP 52.123.145.90 in logs Whitelisting this specific IP in Apigee immediately resolves the issue and returns successful responses Problem: 52.123.145.90 is NOT listed in the official documentation https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront-fusion/using/set-up-and-manage-fusion/set-up-and-manage-orgs-and-teams/set-up-orgs-teams-and-users/set-up-ip-addresses-for-fusion#add-ip-addresses-and-domains-for-your-datacenter Questions: Does Fusion use additional cluster-specific IPs beyond the documented list? How to get the complete IP range for our specific Fusion datacenter/region? Adobe Workfront US Datacenter 54.244.142.219 52.39.217.230 44.241.82.96 100.20.126.137 34.223.32.4

Is it possible to make JSON Modules in Adobe Fusion ignore null values? So, in the outputted JSON String, we need the parameters that are empty to be removed from the output JSON, rather than simply having an empty value.I can’t see any settings in the modules, so would appreciate anyone who has found a solution.

Almost 10 of out active scenarios failed in error but the next runs were successful. Was there any issue or update happened on Feb 4th to Workfront(Fusion)?

Hello Community,How do we map multiple select values to a multi-select field in Fusion when the options are the same? For example, I have an array of values like [‘EMEA’, ‘NA’, ‘APAC’, ‘LA’], and I want to map these values to a multi-select field.

Hi everyone, this might be a trivial question, but I am struggling to find a trigger that will start a scenario whenever a document version gets updated (i.e. a new version is added in WF).Any ideas how I can monitor the document version and see when a new version is added? Thanks in advanceJoao

I'm new to Fusion and one of the quick wins we've identified is pulling the overall deliverable due date custom field in the issue into the project template. The goal is for the last task due date which is release final files automatically aligns with the overall due date set by the client in their request. Is this even possible and if so, what happens to the tasks if the time allotted doesn't align with the template? Any insights would be helpful to the possibility, concerns and even how to start setting this up as a scenario. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I have an integration with Azure DevOps that creates Product Backlog Items when a WF Project goes Current.  Context:In the WF Project, there is a parent task named 'MarTech Development,' and varying subtasks underneath it that are all summed up. I can retrieve this information in a GET API Call; part of my QS is:Key: fieldsValue: ID, name, workRequired, plannedStartDateKey: nameMarTech DevelopmentRight after this API Call module, I have a Set Variable module that I reference as 'Planned Hours', with a value that effectively gives me the hours:round(body:data[1]:workRequired/60) I Create a Record (ADO module), set my Dev Hour Estimate='Planned Hours' and voila, my MarTech Task total planned hours is now the same as my PBI Dev Hour Estimate in ADOWhat I want to accomplish:I want a bi-directional communication of Dev Hour Estimates back to my MarTech Task. Assume that I have a link to the PBI and the PBI ID stored in the respective Workfront Project. What I
