Our proofs are saved at the project document level. We have different workflows for approvals, but we also have corresponding tasks, so we build the SLAs into our project timeline. Is there a way with Fusion to link stages to specific tasks? For example, Compliance Review proof stage to auto complete a task called “Compliance Review (PROOFING STEP).” Is this possible?
I’m in a similar situation right now and I’m trying to determine how best to do this. I’m thinking it can be setup through a series of filters and search modules.
I’m thinking something like: watch the proof for approvals, read the stage name, find the project, search for a task that matches, and then update that task. I haven’t built it yet, I’m still in discovery of final requirements but these seems doable to me.
