Adobe Workfront

Hi,  We are in the process of building comma separated values calculated fields to map to AEM tags. Currently there are multiple fields from Workfront that need to be mapped to one AEM Tags.  In Workfront we have multiple fields for Audience, Channel & Social Identity but in AEM, those values are combined in tags. Hello community! I am hoping to create a report that shows the Oldest task in a project (i.e. the FIRST task). We would like to track projects that take more than one sprint to complete and currently, we track the sprint ID on each task with a custom field.It would be okay if this is 2 reports but ideally it would be: Project Names | Oldest Task Name | Oldest Task Due Date | Oldest Task custom field | Newest Task Name | Newest Task Dues Date | Newest Task Custom field the tasks could also be on 2 lines for each project, I don't mind.

I am creating a task report to enable project owners to bulk update task statuses and I need a column on the report that shows what the next task on the applicable project is. I am not looking for the next ready to start task - what I need is for the project owners to be able to see what the next task up is going to be before they mark the existing open task as complete. The report is already pulling in just the current ready to start task on a set of projects.  I am assuming that this would be a text mode field but I'm not having any luck figuring out the syntax I need. 

Is it possible to tie multiple projects to one request? 

I have the same multi-select dropdown field on request, project and task forms that only wants to populate the field on the project form when converting a request to a project using a project template. The project form is in the project details section and the task form is in the task details on the project template. I was hoping that the task field would auto-populate just like the field on the project form does, but I have to manually set the selection. Is it not possible to have the selection synced on the same filed in the three different forms?

Certain users are not showing up as an option to tag in WF updates. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hi, This might seem like a straightforward issue, but I haven’t been able to resolve it. A user is unable to see the proof comment in the Documents area. The comment is visible once they click into the proof itself, but it doesn’t appear in the main Workfront UI. Do you know what might be causing this?

Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to see if anyone has experience dealing with external users accessing Workfront via Federated ID (SSO).I’ve recently invited an external client to our Workfront instance using their corporate email. The user was automatically provisioned in the Adobe Admin Console as a Federated ID, since their domain is already registered under another organization in Adobe IMS (likely due to their use of Adobe Sign or Creative Cloud). Although the user has been correctly assigned a Workfront license in our admin console, they are encountering the following error when attempting to log in:"User is not assigned to this application." I’ve confirmed:The user appears as active in our Adobe Admin ConsoleThe Workfront product profile has been assignedOther external users with Federated IDs (from different companies) have successfully accessed our environmentI suspect the issue may be related to the SSO configuration on the client's side — possibly their organizat

Hello, I have had a number of reported issues where users cannot allocate the correct start time to tasks and get an error message (see attached). I would love assistance on how to troubleshoot and resolve this other than checking the timings setting are correct on their computer and workfront. Many thanks

Hi,I am trying to use Validation logic, but it is not working as expected. Here is my logic condition - User can write '2 Alpha' and '7 digit' hence in total it should be 9 without spaces.I used this condition - IF(LEN({DE:Global | Global marketing campaign id})=9,"Please write '2 Alpha' '7 digit' and 'in total it should be 9' without spaces (eg-tmtpredict)") Issue - It is not showing the error message as expected. 

I just inherited a rather messy Workfront setup that has a plethora of user groups setup for a small group of people. It's creating a cacophany of permissions issues and I am tempted to kill all groups and make one parent group for all, especially because we ultimately want everyone to be able to see everything within Workfront. There is no functional reason for us to use this feature, especially for our size. My question is: Can I just delete these groups entirely, or do I HAVE to deactivate them? What impact would it have from a user perspective to simply delete them and make a new one with everyone on it? For the record, our setup is so messy that I'm having to re-implement from the ground up, so I'm not really interested in preserving much of the old setup. I'm just wondering if there's a real issue I should be aware of re: deletion versus deactivation.

Does Workfront allow to merge projects together? Not even sure how that would look. I have a situation where this would be very helpful. Although I can see why, for many reasons, this couldn't work. Maybe there is a work around?

From an enterprise perspective, we will have various groups and administrative teams managing Workfront.   Looking at the new business rules, it appears that once an object and trigger are selected it appears you cannot add another, is this accurate?    For example, we are looking at adding validation logic to a task level upon editing of the task (e.g. block completion of task if a document is not attached to the task).   If we have multiple groups that are working off the same environment, can you add multiple business rules to support each team or do they have to be layered all into the same business rule?
