In the Workfront UI, converting an Issue to a Project establishes a native resolving/resolvable relationship, and the Issue status is automatically driven by the Project status.In Fusion, the Convert object module:Immediately resolves the Issue Removes it from active queue visibility Does not allow control over timing of resolutionUsing Create a record:Allows delayed resolution But does NOT create the native resolving object relationship Prevents automatic status synchronizationRequest:Enhance Fusion to support:Creating a Project from an Issue using a template Establishing the native resolving/resolvable relationship Allowing control over when the Issue is resolved (not forced immediately)This would enable automation scenarios that match the native Workfront UX while preserving queue visibility and lifecycle control.Business impact:Prevents automation of intake workflows Forces manual conversion Creates inconsistency between UI and Fusion behavior

Has anyone successfully connected Workfront with Aprimo DAM using Fusion? Our use case is to upload final files from Workfront in the DAM, but we’re running into issues - especially files over 20MB. Would love to pick your brain if you’ve successfully done this integration! 

Our users would like to be able to select, copy and submit as new an issue directly from a dashboard or a report. We have a popular project report where we have the Converted Issue: Name for the project as a column. Users would like to be able to select that issue and copy it to submit as a new request after modifying some data.

Hi!I am using the cookbook’s “My People's Work Universal Dashboard” and trying to recreate Project Open Projects.workfront-customer-reporting-cookbook.pdfI created the Manager Hierarchy form and calculated field. This morning, I did a proof of concept of "Targeted Auditing" and would like to share it with the Community. I thought of the idea years ago but never made time for until my unsatisfying response to this thread twigged my memory. As below, my example records the changes to a particular "Target" custom text parameter in its "Target History" custom calculated parameter counter part...and to my delight, actually works! We have 2 projects, using the same template, same project sharing accesses. In the template we have 2 tasks; Task 1 is assigned to Team A and one person (also in Team A) and Task 2 is assigned to Team B and one person (also in Team B).In the first project, Team A assignments show up in Team Requests on the Home Page and also in the user’s My Tasks - this is great.The issue is in the second project, both Team A and Team B’s task assignments do not show up in Team Requests, but they do appear for the named assignees on their respective tasks in My Tasks.Can anyone tell me why the tasks are no longer showing in Team Requests? What am I overlooking?

I posted something about this a while ago. However, the problem just keeps getting worse. I’ll trigger a scenario I’m working on by performing an action. The automation will run. And regardless of it runs successfully, it errors out, or returns a warning, I’m waiting for minutes before I can see what’s actually happening. I’m not the only person on my instance who is experiencing this. My colleague in a different business unit has to deal with the same latencies.Yeah, I know that if you trigger individual modules when building, you get an almost instantaneous turnaround with execution data. Yeah, I know I manually start an automation, I’ll get execution data almost instantaneously. However, I’m in the midst of building a complicated automation which requires it get triggered from inside of Workfront. Hello! We have been modeling complex email strategy in Planning with deep connected-record hierarchies (Channel Brief → Versions → Modules → Flex Creative). The architecture works, but end users can't see a parent record alongside all of its connected records on a single page — every connection opens in a new window, which breaks down fast when a tactical brief spans 10+ related record which is not a great user experience.We've gotten the Planning AI Assistant to summarize a record + its connections ~95% of the way there, but there's no PDF export and no way to surface that consolidated view in WF Workflow for the creative, production, and dev teams who need the full tactical brief.Does anyone have any solves or know if consolidated record visualization is on the Planning roadmap? 

We’ve set up a Kanban board in Workfront that pulls in specific projects and tasks associated to a team. We’re running into two major issues during testing:Cards cannot be manually moved across columns/stages on the Kanban board as expected. Some cards can be moved manually though!  Cards occasionally disappear entirely from the board (and become unsearchable), particularly after changing settings related to task completion behavior.More context:While testing, switching between manual vs. automatic task completion appeared to cause tasks to move off the board. In some cases, a page refresh or re‑indenting tasks caused the cards to reappear, but not consistently. Completing or moving certain tasks seems to trigger removal from the board, even when they should still qualify based on the board’s filters/settings.Questions:How can cards be manually moved between the Kanban columns in Workfront? How does task completion status (manual vs. automatic) impact card visibility on the Kanban boar

When I go into a task and try to view all available custom forms in the drop-down box, I can only see three random ones even though we have many more than that available to select from. I tried logging out/in and have manage access to the project. 

Of course, after everyone reviews, it is realized someone was forgotten and we can’t edit the workflows!!  Would love the ability to be able to.

I have been trouble shooting and researching with no luck. Hopefully one of you can help.  I’m trying to create advanced mode logic for a form with many involved fields. An easy example is:Custom form question “How many segments do you need?” with dropdown answers of 1,2,3,4,…I’m trying to add logic, so that if someone selects 4 segments, the form will show sections 1,2,3 and 4.I’ve tried many variations of the below. Hi all, working on making a connection between Workfront Core (Sandbox instance) and Workfront Proof. I'm trying to set up the connection module in Fusion, but I'm consistently getting a Request Timeout error when I attempt to authenticate.I've double-checked the credentials and endpoints, and everything seems to be configured correctly from my end. I've attached a screenshot for reference in case it helps identify the issue. 

When there are more than one users on a task and they have completed ‘done with my part’ it still shows up in the workload balancer that they have that task. Is there a way that that task shows complete on their workload balancer?

Hi, does anybody have the same issue, when adding new users to Workfront, they are supposed to receive an email to activate their account, but they don’t - I have verified with multiple new users. Is there something extra I need to set-up ?Only after adding the users and going to the Send Update to User - the user will receive a message.thanks,Bianca

Hi,I’m hoping someone has some ideas for a custom form or report that will help show all assignees on a task when work is done by fellow teammates.  The team isn’t so thrilled with the “work is done button” as it makes it unclear to everyone else assigned (and this will always be different people from the team) who is done and when.  There are also issues that prevent us from duplicating the request for each user to have their own request assigned.   Any ideas on how I can get the assigned users a view on who is doing what?  Right now the only thing I can think of is a freeform field where they can update each other in notes what is going on that would be included in their view/reports.  However, they feel like this would be a lot of work and aren’t fully onboard with it.  Any other ideas I may be missing? Thank you!

Hello!  We do gate approvals in Workfront.  Our approval flow is set up to send to Manager A and B, and if one of them approves the task, it’s approved.I have been asked if I can make a report that shows who approved each gate and when.  I have the date figured out, and I found a way to show both Manager A’s and Manager B’s names as “Approvers”, but I can’t figure out a way to pull which manager actually hit the approve button.Does anyone have any ideas?  Thank you!
