Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hi All,We are trying to render a dynamic URL in an email button based on the contextual event attribute:context.journey.events.`1116xyz`._tenant.applications.applicationType. The attribute applicationType is a string datatype and contains values such as:"1"/"2"Based on this value, we want to display different URLs in the email CTA button. The logic implemented is( replaced with dummy values ):{% let AppType = context.journey.events.`1116xyz`._tenant.applications.applicationType %}{%#if AppType = "1"%}   <a href="https://www.google.com/">Accept my Offer</a>{%else if AppType = "2"%}    <a href="https://onboarding.xyz.com/">Accept my offer</a>{%/if%}If we click on validate. Validation successful. When we attempt to save the email content template in the journey, the validation fails with the PQL parsing error and the journey cannot be saved. Invalid syntax Invalid syntax Error in parsing PQL expression "context.journey.events.`1116xyz`._tenant.applications.applicatio

Hello, we’re in the process of exploring the web channel and looking into the configuration. I read the documentation and if I’m understanding the pages matching rule section correctly, you can use it to include multiple webpages and the web experiences you create for that channel will be applied to all those pages. My question is, what if the pages that qualify for the rules have very different layouts?Examples:You’re creating a web experience in a journey and the default page you are shown while in visual designer has a banner at the top, and you change that banner. What happens to pages that don’t have a banner at the top? The default page you’re editing has a 2 column layout with a right-rail component. You change that component. What happens to pages that don’t have that component and is only 1 column?Would the pages with different components or layouts from the default just break?

Hello Everyone, Added datasetLookup Activity in the journey with name “MyDatasetLookUpActivity” and other configurations are set up properly as per here . https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/about-journey-building/dataset-lookup#:~:text=Use%20enriched%20data%20in%20the,Push%2C%20SMS%2C%20etc.) However, when you use the below syntax to fetch the attribute through the look up syntax defined in the above document (sample syntax added below) in the Advanced Expression editor. It is Throwing Dataset look up not found error in the screen.@datasetLookup{MyDatasetLookUpActivity.entity._partner.loyaltyTier} == 'Platinum'  Anyone faced this issue?  Note the schema and dataset has been configured properly and works fine when you Email Personalization editor syntax.

We have created a audience under AJO from the AI Assistant UI. Could observe that the attributes and event fields used to create the audience by agent is not visible at the build panel. Qualified profiles count is also displayed below audience properties.Could someone help to understand what we are missing here!

Hi, I have a question regarding the 91-day criteria for journeys. We have batch evaluated journeys with read audience that are intended to be always on (evergreen) in the sense that we hope that profiles keep entering as long as the journey is live.My question is once the journey is published what would happen after 91 days. We have not set any end date for the journey. Will it automatically move to finished state or will it continue to be live after 91 days. Also, in some documentation it says that after 91 days reporting data is not available or it gets refreshed. Is that case?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, I’m configuring a Custom SMS provider in AJO.The provider requires:A login request using Authorization: Basic base64(user:password) to retrieve a short-lived token A second request to send the SMS using Authorization: Bearer {token}Since the token expires frequently, is it possible in AJO Custom SMS configuration to:Dynamically generate the Basic header? Handle the login call and reuse the returned token?Or is middleware required to manage token refresh externally? If Custom SMS config can’t manage this, can Custom Actions do that? Thanks!

Please Ignore

I’m using the Profile-based sample queries on the documentation to retrieve all successfully executed message actions for a specific profile but looks like it only return journey message. How can I get all emails sent to a profile from AJO Campaigns? Documentation link:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/reporting/reports/query-examples

is the inAudience from a Condition working fine with Custom Upload Audiences? or InAudience only works with BATCH Audiences? Thanks.

I have a use case where we need the offer, for example, to start on the 1st of the month and end on the 10th.Is there a way to do this automatically without having to keep changing the validity every time?

Hi, can the AJO Email tracking dataset be used as unitary event? I’d like to have a kind of bi-directional journey based on Whatsapp responses. Thanks.

Could somebody explain if Decisioning would replace Decision Management? For new licences starting from now on there would be only Decisioning? In decisioning email is still not available ...

I am trying to configure a button in email such that it can redirect to multiple pages based on value of a profile attribute. For that I am trying to write if else condition. But I am not able to save it. {%#if profile._firm.newslettername= "ABC"%}link1{%else if profile._firm.newslettername= "BCD"%}link2{%else%}link3{%/if%}

Hi Everyone, excited to be part of this awesome community. I have my first question:I need to confirm if a user has explicitly opted out of push notifications (either via device settings or an in-app preference center). Especially after sending a Push campaignWhere exactly in the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) interface can I check a profile's current push opt-out status? Is it seen as a specific field/attribute on the individual customer profile (and if so, what is the attribute name)?Or is it only reflected in the Push Notification failure/bounce metrics in the Journey reporting?

Hi , we need  help on the below issue .I am not  able to write the logic in ajo expression editor for a scenario where we are checking for all events with some filters and after filtering we need to check for one more object array to match specific values.PFB sample code which i am not able to do in ajo.!--scriptorstartfragment-->count(#{  <PLATFORM_NS>.<DATASET_ALIAS>.experienceevent.all(     toInteger(      replaceAll(        substr(toString(currentDataPackField.<TENANT_NS>.Info1.scheduledDate), 0, 10),        "-",        ""      )    ) >=    toInteger(      replaceAll(        substr(toString(nowWithDelta(-30, "days")), 0, 10),        "-",        ""      )    )     and     (      (        in(          currentDataPackField.<TENANT_NS>.info.code,          ['1111111','1111112','1111113','1111114']        )        and currentDataPackField.eventType == 'mail.Custom'      )         )     and     listSize(      filter(        currentDataPackField.<TENANT_NS&

Hi, anyone knows in which dataset webhooks for Whatsapp channel would leave sends and opens/clicks?I mean, which dataset is handling the Meta’s webhooks response? Thanks

Hi Community -  I am working on an USe case - from where I have to send 5 consecutive email over the 5 weeks and at the end - we need to send another email - which based on the all the 5 emails have opened any Point  of time . Looking for a help how we can track the all the email open in the journey and trigger the 6th email based on that .  Would be great - if you can provide any documentation or any lay out

I want to Send 50K emails per day wher my total pool is ~900K then can you help what should be the plan to set up from AJO ?  If yes - how We can handle this situation . Can any one help to create a plan for this

is there any Configuration Guide document for the OCM ? I have attached screenshot of guide document for Adobe Campaign.

Hello,We are new to the web channel and have only started exploring using it within campaigns and journeys. When I tried to set up an experiment in the web action, I saw that the success metrics look a bit off:Are these really the options for web success metrics? Or is this potentially a configuration problem?

Hi everyone,I'm configuring the List-Unsubscribe Mail-To feature in AJO for a subdomain and need to clarify two points:Keyword Support: Does the Adobe-managed unsubscribe address support manual keywords (e.g., "REMOVE" in the body), or does it only process requests triggered by the automated headers in the email client? If so, can you show me an example of how the mail to button is shown in UI? Profile Sync: Does an unsubscribe via this Mail-To method automatically update the Consent Schema (choice set to opt-out) in the profile, or is manual synchronization required?Looking to confirm if this is fully automated when "Adobe Managed" is selected in the channel configuration. Thanks!

We are ingesting few subscribers from external system to AEP via batch ingestion. These subscribers do show up in an audience which gets created when you create a subscription list in AEP. However, the same subscribers are not visible at report level in AJO’s subscription list report. I wonder how this report can be populated as well.Do share insights on this. Thanks!

Hi Community,In Adobe Journey Optimizer, the Journey Canvas (Dry Run view) visually shows a step‑by‑step waterfall of customers moving through the journey (percentages and absolute counts at each node), as seen in the attached image. What I’m looking for is the same dry‑run waterfall data, but in a tabular format (for example): Waterfall report Starting audience count 100 After Standard supresssions 80 Suppress contract A 75 Suppress Opt outs 65 Final count 65 Segment A 35 Segment B 30  Is there any way to:View this journey canvas waterfall numerically in AJO Reports, Access it via Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), or Export / download this dry‑run journey data (e.g., Excel)? If this is not supported natively, are there any recommended workarounds to recreate this tabular waterfall from AJO/AEP data? Thanks in advance!

Hi team, I need to confirm the evaluation logic for Audience-based Exit Criteria in Adobe Journey Optimizer.Scenario:Entry: Recurring Read Audience (Daily). Exit Criteria: Audience "Profiles who have already received Email 1."Question: Does the exit criteria evaluate the historical state of the profile at the moment of entry?Specifically: If a profile is already a member of the Exit Audience (due to past data) the second they enter the journey, will they exit immediately before hitting the first action node? Or does the exit criteria only "listen" for profiles who become members while already inside the journey? Thanks!

We want to cap the amount of personalised offers that a user is seeing in the webpage. We used custom code channel. We created a campaign with a ranking formula and a decision policy. Inside the policy we added the frequency capping and set it to 3 displays per user per day. We followed this documentation:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer-learn/frequency-capping-in-ajod/enable-cappingWe enabled the itemId and the trackingTockens and we are properly sending and collecting those in the web page and Tags. All the info is reaching AEP, this is a display event.  "_experience": { "decisioning": { "propositionAction": { "tokens": [ "/vCRDDlX6uR7PIti7nB11w" ], "id": "dps:689105eb84a0ad4b943aa2d8967e7f09b45b034ee8a9f539:1c1087fec9796bcb" }, "propositions": [ { "scopeDetails": { "rank": 1, "correlationID": "3fe24028-0466-4b29-a056-3f5ea8
