I got the error in Custom Action AJO journey - 400Is there any chance to preview what payload was sent?Is there any chance to get more details about the error?

Does the star means that these fields are required and cannot be empty?

Is it (still) possible to add a one-click optout link in the email opting out from a subscription list (not channel or identity level)? There is an old post about this, but the “Optout level = Subscription” is not available when I try to configure a journey. I am starting my journey with an ootb subscription list audience, and according to comments it should be available then.

Hi everyone,I’m running into an issue trying to call an AEM fragment directly. My approach: I retrieve the fragment ID manually via a Lookup activity, then pass it into the Fragment Helper function as a context attribute sourced from the dataset lookup in email. This works perfectly fine for AJO fragments, but the same method doesn’t work for AEM fragments.Has anyone else run into this, or know what might make this work for AEM fragments specifically? Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi! We have a requirement where marketing email journeys can send between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, but no email should be delivered after 00:00.We are considering: Email Retry Period: 6 hours Quiet Hours from 00:00 Quiet Hours behavior: Discard message Question: if an email is sent before 00:00, goes into delay/retry, and Quiet Hours starts while it is still retrying, will Quiet Hours + Discard stop those retries?Or will the retry continue independently until the configured retry period expires? Is there any native AJO option to define an absolute expiration such as: discard any unresolved email at 00:00? Thanks

Why something like do not return anything? This journey exist - checked with query without WHERE clause. What Query do you use to check Node Name or Node ID?

Hi Experience League Community,,I am trying to configure WhatsApp API credentials in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). When I enter my API Token and Business Account ID, I get the following error:"(#100) Tried accessing nonexisting field (owned_whatsapp_business_accounts)"Thanks

Hi AJO Community,I'm trying to confirm the exact behaviour of channel-level frequency capping within a multi-step journey, specifically when the Global Rule Set is involved. I'd appreciate any official confirmation or real-world validation of what I've outlined below. Our Setup:We have a Global Rule Set (channel domain) with two active email rules:Daily Email Limit: 1 email per dayWeekly Email Limit: 3 emails per weekOur journey is a Read Segment (batch) with the following structure:Email 1 → 10-Day Wait → Email 2My Understanding of the Behaviour:When a profile enters the journey and hits the daily or weekly cap at Email 1, the message is skipped but the profile continues moving through the journey canvas — it is not ejected. The exclusion is recorded at the message delivery level with reason code ExcludedForControlRules (050002).After the 10-day wait, both the daily and weekly caps will have fully reset (daily resets at midnight UTC, weekly resets Saturday at 23:59:59 UTC). So assuming

Hi Team,We have a AJO journey where we are fetching some data like TEXT and HTML using a API call in a custom action and then using the variable fields like: {{{offerEmail.body.text}}} and {{{offerEmail.body.html}}} to populate the details in the HTML email. Its working fine if i use {{{offerEmail.body.html}}} but breaks if i use {{{offerEmail.body.text}}} like: Hi Customer/n/nHere is your test email/n/nClick Here.Hence i used HTML as its populates the partagraphs and the email looks good. Now the issue is that the API contains few API specific personalisations as well like: {{profile.person.name.firstName}}, {{profile.person.name.lastName}} and many more and while populating the content inside of the email body in AJO it does not open up to show the respective value but just shows the personalisation fields including the handle bar like: Hi {{profile.person.name.firstName}}Here is your test emailClick Here. Is there a way to get the values populate the values from the profile instead o

Hi there, Is it possible to use a combination of batch and streaming audiences in a single journey (noting - both use active on edge evaluation method). I have created a journey with the following:audience qualification based on a streaming audience using events Node checks if the member is part of a batch audience One hour wait  Node checks if member is part of a streaming audience Email Five day wait Node checks if the member is part of a batch audience. Will this journey reliably work with the combination of streaming and batch audiences?

I noticed that capping is not counter properly in Offer Decisioning. Which schema is responsible for that:1. ajo_inbound_activity_event_dataset2. ODE DecisionEventsDoes the event that the offer is displyed and clicked in Mobile SDK is generated automatically or manually? In order for the capping to work I need to include of these two datasets include in Datastreams (that is what Adobe support advised). However these two schemas has different structure then that specific for Mobile SDK?

What is the difference between these 2 objects?

Hi there, I have a Read Audience (RA) journey that needs to run twice over a 4-week period (it must remain on a 4-week schedule), and the business would like to include an additional one-day buffer before the journey ends. Should I configure the journey schedule as follows: Scheduler Type: WeeklyRepeat every: 4Start date: 25/08/2026 (10:00)Repeat until: 23/09/2026 (16:00) Thanks!

We are facing an issue with an email created using the AJO Drag-and-Drop Email Designer. Proof Testing: Email is received in Gmail and renders completely without clipping. Published Journey: The same email is received in Gmail with “Message clipped – View entire message.” AJO Content Check shows “No issues detected.” We are using the Drag-and-Drop implementation and do not see an Optimize HTML size option. Could you please help us understand why the email is being clipped only when triggered through the published Journey and how we can prevent Gmail from clipping the message? Please also confirm whether Journey execution/personalization/tracking can increase the final HTML size compared with the Proof Test version. We can provide the Journey, email template, recipient details, and screenshots if required.

Hi Team,We have a AJO journey where we are fetching some data like Text and URL using a API call in a custom action and then using the variable fields like: {{{offerCard.offerCardImage.body}}} and {{{offerCard.offerCardImage.url}}} to populate the details in the HTML email. Its working fine but for the URL part we had to use <a href="{{{offerCard.offerCardImage.url}}}">Click Here</a> due to which AJo is not able to track the URL in reporting as well as its not able to encode the URL with the UTM parameters like it does for the hardcoded URLs.I have tried using <a href="https://{{{offerCard.offerCardImage.url}}}">Click Here</a> but it gives me an error saying: Personalisation not allowed in domain. Also if I do like this: <a href="https://{%= (replace(offerCard.offerCardImage.url, "https://", "")) }">Click Here</a> the double quotes get converted into the code " breaking the HTML while saving.same happens with: <a href='https://{%= (replace(offerCard

Hi Everyone,I was exploring the new module options available in the left-hand panel of the new editor and noticed a few issues where there doesn't seem to be an option to make the required adjustments. For example: Header module: After dragging the header module, there doesn’t appear to be an option to reduce the spacing between elements on mobile. Social icons: There doesn’t seem to be an option to keep the social icons in a single row on mobile. Social icon customization: I’m also unable to change/customize the social icons. Dark mode: The social icons are not displaying correctly in dark mode. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with the new editor?Could we please check if these are known limitations or bugs and whether there is a way to address/fix them?I am adding a few screenshots of these issues. Thanks!

Does anyone have any experience creating a MMS message using Code Based Experience? The configuration setup looks like it’s strictly for In-App use, and not code that I can push to the service carrier as a JSON. The issue is there are some campaigns where we would like the image to appear before the text. The current MMS template places the image below the text. Please advise.

Can someone explain me the difference between the two setups:  Detail:2.Detail:

Hi everyone,I'm trying to build an Event-Based Journey in Adobe Journey Optimizer where the journey should start immediately after a customer submits an AJO Landing Page Form.My setupCreated an XDM ExperienceEvent schema. Created an Experience Event Dataset based on this schema. Created a Streaming Connection. Created a Form Preset and selected the Experience Event Dataset. Created an AJO Landing Page using this Form Preset. Form submission reaches the generated HTTP API Source/Dataflow successfully.ProblemThe Dataflow runs successfully, but every submission fails during dataset ingestion.Error: DCVS-1106-400The message cannot be validated because a required property is missing:required key [_id] not foundObservationsForm submission reaches the HTTP API Source. Source Flow is created automatically. Records are received but none are ingested. Experience Event schema contains the standard required fields including: _id timestamp The generated schema sample JSON includes _id. Mapping al

I have the following scenario for AJO Journey Orchestration and would like to understand if there are any recommended approaches for handling this action.I am aware of the Update Profile option , but I want to explore whether there are other approaches for this use case. This is for a Push Notification scenario where we are not using the AJO native channel; instead, we are using a Custom Action integrated with an external API.Scenario:Deploy V1 to Audience 1(batch campaign). Stop V1 after it has completed. Deploy V2 to Audience 2(batch campaign) and exclude all recipients who received V1.What would be the best approach to identify and exclude the profiles who received V1 when V2 is deployed?

The business I am working in is currently migrating to Adobe Experience Cloud utilising AEP and AJO as core products. We have discovered the OOTB AJO email seed list capability is not fit-for-purpose. This because the seed list can only be associated with one test profile at each email surface configuration. Our business context:We already have a total of 16 email surface configurations across four brands including consumer, business, marketing, and transactional email communications. There are multiple lines of business within the business, multiple projects on the go at once, and multiple product and marketing campaigns regularly launching.  At any given moment we have thousands of email communications in-market. It is difficult to keep track of what is in-market, and all of the personalised email variations. Marketing & Product want to be able to see all of the email variations in-market, especially when an email incorporates dynamic content. They want the capability to regularly

Hi,I am having some difficulties understanding the documentation regarding event reactions.I have added an event reaction “clicked” with a following email to those who have clicked. If I add an event timeout of 7 days, will the email to those who clicked wait 7 days before being sent? Or will the email be sent immediately when someone clicks?

Hi, we have a Channel Capping Rule of 1 Email per day shared across multiple journeys.# Example:Journey 1Trigger → EmailJourney 2Trigger → Email 1 → Wait 1d → Email 2 → Wait 1d → Email 3Scenario:Day 1: Journey 2 - Email 1 → SENTDay 2: Journey 1 - Email → SENT       Journey 2 - Email 2 → EXCLUDED by cappingWe need Journey 2 to behave like:Day 3: Retry Email 2Day 4: Email 3The problem is that a capping exclusion does not trigger the Email error path, so the journey continues normally. We also want to avoid creating one recovery journey or audience per communication because it would not scale. Is there a more native/scalable Adobe-recommended solution for this use case? Even with Data Distiller is something dificult to achieve.Thanks.

Hi! I’m working on a use case where an email was not sent because the profile had reached the daily frequency cap.The client would like to keep that communication on hold and retry it the following day. In other words, if the email is excluded today due to capping, it should automatically be sent tomorrow once the profile is eligible again. Is there a way to achieve this behavior in AJO?Thanks!

Is it possible to measure with AJO how much revenue particular email sendout generated?User opened email User went to web User bought something on a webI do not thinks so because I do not see such a metric in AJO but I would like to confirm
