Hello, we’re in the process of exploring the web channel and looking into the configuration. I read the documentation and if I’m understanding the pages matching rule section correctly, you can use it to include multiple webpages and the web experiences you create for that channel will be applied to all those pages. My question is, what if the pages that qualify for the rules have very different layouts?Examples:You’re creating a web experience in a journey and the default page you are shown while in visual designer has a banner at the top, and you change that banner. What happens to pages that don’t have a banner at the top? The default page you’re editing has a 2 column layout with a right-rail component. You change that component. What happens to pages that don’t have that component and is only 1 column?Would the pages with different components or layouts from the default just break?

Hello Everyone, Added datasetLookup Activity in the journey with name “MyDatasetLookUpActivity” and other configurations are set up properly as per here . https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/about-journey-building/dataset-lookup#:~:text=Use%20enriched%20data%20in%20the,Push%2C%20SMS%2C%20etc.) However, when you use the below syntax to fetch the attribute through the look up syntax defined in the above document (sample syntax added below) in the Advanced Expression editor. It is Throwing Dataset look up not found error in the screen.@datasetLookup{MyDatasetLookUpActivity.entity._partner.loyaltyTier} == 'Platinum'  Anyone faced this issue?  Note the schema and dataset has been configured properly and works fine when you Email Personalization editor syntax. 

Hi AJO Community,I'm trying to confirm the exact behaviour of channel-level frequency capping within a multi-step journey, specifically when the Global Rule Set is involved. I'd appreciate any official confirmation or real-world validation of what I've outlined below.Our Setup:We have a Global Rule Set (channel domain) with two active email rules:Daily Email Limit: 1 email per dayWeekly Email Limit: 3 emails per weekOur journey is a Read Segment (batch) with the following structure:Email 1 → 10-Day Wait → Email 2My Understanding of the Behaviour:When a profile enters the journey and hits the daily or weekly cap at Email 1, the message is skipped but the profile continues moving through the journey canvas — it is not ejected. The exclusion is recorded at the message delivery level with reason code ExcludedForControlRules (050002).After the 10-day wait, both the daily and weekly caps will have fully reset (daily resets at midnight UTC, weekly resets Saturday at 23:59:59 UTC). So assuming

We have created a audience under AJO from the AI Assistant UI. Could observe that the attributes and event fields used to create the audience by agent is not visible at the build panel. Qualified profiles count is also displayed below audience properties.Could someone help to understand what we are missing here!

Hi, I have a question regarding the 91-day criteria for journeys. We have batch evaluated journeys with read audience that are intended to be always on (evergreen) in the sense that we hope that profiles keep entering as long as the journey is live.My question is once the journey is published what would happen after 91 days. We have not set any end date for the journey. Will it automatically move to finished state or will it continue to be live after 91 days. Also, in some documentation it says that after 91 days reporting data is not available or it gets refreshed. Is that case?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, I’m configuring a Custom SMS provider in AJO.The provider requires:A login request using Authorization: Basic base64(user:password) to retrieve a short-lived token A second request to send the SMS using Authorization: Bearer {token}Since the token expires frequently, is it possible in AJO Custom SMS configuration to:Dynamically generate the Basic header? Handle the login call and reuse the returned token?Or is middleware required to manage token refresh externally? If Custom SMS config can’t manage this, can Custom Actions do that? Thanks!

Especially after sending a Push campaignWhere exactly in the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) interface can I check a profile's current push opt-out status? Is it seen as a specific field/attribute on the individual customer profile (and if so, what is the attribute name)?Or is it only reflected in the Push Notification failure/bounce metrics in the Journey reporting?
