When I send A/B subject line test proofs to a client, only one subject line gets sent. I send the proofs to a list of email recipients. What could I be doing wrong?

I would like to enquire on the below (Screenshot 1) scenario for the numbers. I queried the base of 548 and split based on certain criteria, resulting in a branch with 97 and 451. At this point in time, the amount still adds up to 548. In Segmentation 72 and 74, the branches are split equally into 2 branches, Screenshot 2. However, in this split, there were 1 missing from each of the segments. Can I check will there be a case/ setup that will make sure all that is targeted will receive something? Screenshot 1  Screenshot 2

How to find out which attributes are being used from List in the live workflows. Eg : if a list have 100 attributes in the list, then how many are being used in live workflows and need to remove the unused from the list.  

Hi,I try to configure the manual publication script in the deployment wizard: then I want to use this option to upload images within deliveries. However, it gives me the error: (-53) when I try to upload images.My assumption is the path for the publication script I provided is incorrect, but I cannot find any documentation that provides the explanation when the script should be put.As for the script - connector.sh - it moves files to external storage and works fine outside ACC.Can you give me a hint what should I do to make it working?

Hello, Do anyone know if the workflow “cleanup” is the one removing registries in appSubscriptionRcp table (Removing the ones that have been quarantined, i mean)?And if it is, how do I stop it from removing one recipient-related registries? Hello All!  I'm working on a project to place content into our email using java script and content blocks. I created the content block with the script and place the <script> in the head of my email. When I test it with both the "send test" and actual sending of the email to myself the email is blank. The content block loads in the deployment screen. It does not load in the preview screen when you are in the editor.Can some one help? I might be setting up the content block wrong.

Hi, I would like to know the possibility of getting instance details within a schema similar to $(login). Idea is to add a default value in an attribute automatically based on instance value on inserting new records in a schema.I am keen to get a solution other than functions or storeprocedures that can be used within a schema Thanks 

I have a email delivery that is showing as sent in logs for an email address, I also checked in profile and see a sent event for that DM associated with that same email.when I checked delivery summary report and use the correct date filter, it shows the sent count as zero. can someone please help.

I have been testing out conditional content within our transactional message in V8 however I can't seem to get it to work when there is a 'Null' condition present. The piece of Javascript I am using is: <% if (ctx.@Variable_Name != '') { %>show HTML content<% } else { %>show other HTML content<% } %> When I use <% if (ctx.@Variable_Name != 'variable name') { %>show HTML content<% } else { %>show other HTML content<% } %>  it seems to work fine however when I change it to a blank input it fails again. What am I doing incorrectly in the transactional message HTML editor compared to the normal delivery HTML editor as the same piece of code works there (obviously changing the variable name to be targetData rather than ctx)

Hi!  i just trying to make a soap call to retrieve the full list of activities (nodes) defined in a workflow — i.e., every element in the workflow diagram — using SOAP API. Hi, I am experiencing a problem with my deliveries.The workflow stops, pauses, and the logs show the message ‘table or view does not exist’.A delivery was made on a test environment, with a single workflow running, and the error appears on the first execution of the workflow.What could be causing this error?To my knowledge, Adobe Campaign deletes its temporary tables once the workflow has completed.However, in my case, the problem occurred during the execution of the workflow.I need to know what could be causing this Oracle error: ‘ORA-00942: Table or view does not exist’, and the various possibilities. Kind regards,

Hi, We need to fetch the personalized subject line for Message Center broad Logs nms:broadLogEventHisto. Currently its is stored in the field [delivery/mailParamters/subject]. But it is storing as Hi <%=rtEvent.ctx.firstname%>, where as the expected value is "Hi Lakshmi".Could any one please let me know the better approach to use activities instead of Javascript, since JS is taking so long time when tried.
