Overnight several users in our organization (myself included) started receiving 'Project Progress Change' email notifications for projects we own. I haven't received these before, and we haven't made changes to the user profile notification settings. My emails all had the same timestamp (for different, unrelated projects), so it's doubtful there was any true trigger to launch an instant notification.
Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm trying to determine if it's a system-wide issue or if we need to file a ticket.

We did not have this happen in our system so sounds specific to your instance.
Did you check the backend settings for notifications to see if this notification is active for the system and then specially for any groups you have setup?

Thanks, Kellie! That was it. Someone had turned on that particular notification for our instance. I've disabled it for our group.
