Is there a way to run a report that pulls all requests in the system and groups them by the home team or group of the requester? Looking to have an overview of how many requests are being worked on for Group A, Group B, Group C, etc. Morgan R

I'm working to setup a request queue with two levels of nested Topic Groups. The problem I'm facing is that the Queue Topic view doesn't show the full path, only the Parent Topic Group.
