Hello, could someone explain what the difference is between a Moderator vs Author in the proofing tool. It says an Author can edit a proof but a Moderator can't . What does edit mean in that instance? Thank you!

In the Legacy Resource Allocation object we had available to us Budged Hours and Scheduled Hours. With the Budgeted Hours replacement object I see budgetedHours and PlannedBudgetHours.
