We have figured out how to pull the milestone dates into a field (text below). However, it appears that these get sorted based on the last one to be updated dropping to the bottom of the list, which puts it out of any logical order. I added a new field to a custom form. When I click the 'preview' button, it doesn't appear. When I click save, I see it on the form but when the form is used on a request, the field doesn't appear so it can be answered.
