I am in Marketing, and our company uses Workfront across multiple departments. We have a unique need to take notes on creative ideas and collaborative brain-storm meetings before they actually become projects. Is there a place or method in Workfront to do this, kind of like in Microsoft OneNote? Is there an integration with Microsoft OneNote for Workfront? Anyone else out there have the same need? "Updates" just don't cut it for this type of purpose.

What about attaching a document to a request? Using that document to keep track of notes and then you can turn the request into a project or task when it's time?

Depending on the depth of your notes, paragraph custom fields would possibly work. The 21.2 release is increasing the capacity of those next week so we can add hyperlinks and such.
