Is it possible, when a user makes a request, they select the team and the project they want it to go to, and then have the routing rules set up to route the issue to the project that the user selects? Is there a better way to do that?
We have a request queue project that the status keeps getting changed by a couple users to a setting that causes our automation to delete the project. Is there any way to lock the status on a specific project so that only an admin can change it?
