Workfront

I am working through connecting to an external provider to send documents back and forth automatically. Does anyone have experience with automating this through fusion? My questions are currently around authentication.

I am a system administrator within Workfront, however, I don't have all the options to add or edit users. 

I would like to send all the data to an Issue in a project but this issue has a custom form. I need to fill in all the fields with the data that I am sending through the API. THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP!
