This has me stumped. I did a search for 87469 and received 9 results. I am trying to determine what section the results were found? Here is a screenshot of what I see but it doesnt say where it finds the result. Anyone know how to identify it?

I'm looking for a way to trigger a notification to Project Team when a request has rec'd approval from a Default Approval Team. Currently, the Project Team is receiving a notification when Request hits the queue, even though it's awaiting approval from Approvers.
