Thank you to everyone who was able to join us today for our Chicago Chapter kickoff meeting. We enjoyed meeting all of you and hope that this conversation thread can keep the momentum going! 

With the recent UI changes to Fusion, it is now less clear when a route is disabled.The previous UI showed a red circle with a line through it to indicate a disabled route, the new UI just greys out the connecting line between modules.For enabled routes, the color of the connecting dots depends on the modules that link connects. Particularly between a router and a Tools module, the color change for an enabled vs a disabled route is very slight.This will make it more difficult to quickly see that a route has been disabled. Please bring back the red circle with the line through it.

A department is adding a new queue with a new custom form to their request project. The form shows the name but not any of the fields when someone goes to make the request. It only shows up for admins and for the project owner who does not have an admin license. I have tried creating a new form and it still did not work. Also created new fields and still not showing. Tried it on a different queue. The form is set as edit for those who submit, no restricted access. The queue is system wide. The project and form is shared with everyone. And the other queues and forms work. But when logged in as a user or if they try, it only shows the name of the form. Any ideas on why it is doing it and how to fix it?

Hi everyone,I’m trying to configure a request queue for a small new Design team in Workfront that can route incoming requests into a project or kanban boardCampaigns (projects Design Requests  (A Kanban board).Has anyone set up a request queue that allow the team to do both?The work types are in one form as a dropdown) I’ve not worked with Boards before and not sure if to make them an agile team if they want to use both. Any advice on the best way to do this would be great…..I don’t want to use fusion and the team are happy to convert manually but I'd rather the design request went directly to the Board.Thanks in advance!

Hi Workfront SME’s- late last week, hundreds of very old proofs appeared in the My Approvals widget for several users in our Workfront instance (our Deputy CMO has 184 proofs from 2022 & on- the normal amount is 10). Did anyone experience a similar issue? We have had several instances of the My Approvals widget being out of sync with the Proofing module. This issue has happened to us 8 times since May 2025. I sent off a ticket to Adobe on Friday morning asking tech support to re-sync WF & the proofing module immediately, and I AM STILL WAITING for the re-sync to happen. Meanwhile, with hundreds of outdated proofs in the widget, it is causing confusion about what does or does not need to be reviewed, is causing delays on feedback & approvals, and is forcing people to create workarounds such as sending assets via email for approval, which could cause problems for us with internal audits in the future.

I've created a Document Version report that is capturing the information I need to see (number of versions or proofs per task), but am hoping to streamline it a bit. Instead of Document:task:name showing up multiple times for each Version, I only want to see the total number of versions. For example, in the current report, I only need to see the third line (Signage - Public Finance CASH Annual Conference, 4, 2/11/26) rather than lines 1-3. Is there a way to modify the report to do this? I appreciate any insight!   My current filters: 

Hi, it seems that the latest updates of the Experience League has reset the lastest changes of the Community user profiles and also the conversations, questions and ideas of the last few weeks are missing:Profile name and communication preferences are reset: I change my community user name from a generic to specific, uploaded an image, … everything is gone. Questions, Conversations and Ideas are missing: A gap of 1 month. Subscriptions are missing: Don’t receive the email notification about new topics. Achievements are missing Level is back downCan it be that the data were not correctly migrated? Will Adobe add the delta back. Has anyone implemented a Workfront process or workflow that enables external vendors (non-licensed users) to upload imagery or other creative assets directly into a Workfront request or project?If so, I’m especially interested in understanding:How you structured the intake mechanism (e.g., request forms, external user access, proofing workflows, document sharing links, etc.). How vendors submitted assets — were they uploading files directly into the request, using external proofing, or leveraging a third‑party integration? Whether you built any validation rules around the imagery being uploaded, such as required file type (JPG/PNG), minimum dimensions, resolution/quality checks, maximum file size, or naming conventions. How automated the process was — for example, did you use Workfront Fusion, custom API calls, or native Workfront validation options to enforce requirements? Hello,I’ve recently created an automation in Workfront Planning to create a project in Workfront which seems to be working as a project is created, but I’ve noticed that in the Workfront Project>Planning menu, the connection isn’t automatically populating. Is there a step I’m missing? I can show all connections in the Workfront Project>Planning page and manually select the Planning Workspace but I thought it would populate since the relationship is reflected in Planning. Any insights appreciated!Mary. 

Is it possible to export log details (Custom Forms, Fields, Templates, Projects, etc.) from Workfront? If so, how can we export these log details? Please advise.

As an enterprise organization, managing, tracking and auditing changes in our Fusion scenarios that are driving business automation and processes is required.    We currently manage this manually on spreadsheets and such but this is a challenge to ensure its always updated. Idea!   Incorporate the ability to Check Out and Check In a Fusion scenario to better track and control changes.   Other options could include simply include requiring admin update comments (modal form to capture?) upon activation of any scenario.What are we looking for?  Ability to identify which scenarios are being worked on Ability to require updates and comments related to changes that are being made Ability to limit turning on scenarios that have not been checked in (risk control) Ability to better report on changes by who, when and what update notes were included

Is there a way to identify document move from 1 folder to another in fusion?

Has anybody been able to successfully create a connection in Fusion with Power BI?Last night I attempted to create a connection.  A dialog box opened up indicating I needed approval from my organization’s admin.  I filled out the request, and overnight I received an email from Microsoft confirming that my request for access to Workfront Fusion PowerBI Connector was approved.I tried again just now to create the connection--a pop-up window opens, but the login authorization doesn’t work; I get a message: “An error occurred.  Connection failed.”Has anybody else seen this?  I wanted to check before filing a ticket.

I am looking for the endpoint to use to bring the existing ProofHQ combined proof into the project in Workfront. I am creating the proof successfully but not having any luck adding it into the project via Fusion.

In our organization, each business unit (BU) has its own portfolio. Within these portfolios, programs are organized and aligned to the respective BU. However, is there a solution for a program to span across multiple BUs—essentially, for a single program to be associated with more than one portfolio?

When you @mention a team in the Updates section of a project, does the comment appear in the @mention widget? I tested this, and the comment only shows up in my notifications.Also, do only individual @mentions (not team @mentions) appear in the @mention widget?

Hi everyone,Hoping someone can help me out here. I’ve been tasked to figure out how to create a multi-stage proofing workflow but if an approver in stage 1 rejects the proof, stage 2 and any subsequent stages will not be activated. I’ve tested this and it does not seem to work. In my stage 2, I’ve made sure to select “All decisions are Approved or Approved with changes on parent stage” in order to activate Stage 2. I had one approver reject and one approver approve in stage 1 and stage 2 was still activated. I had also tested using “All decisions are Approved on parent stage” to see if that would work but it did not. Stage 2 was still activated even when 1 approver rejects…. Any tips on what went wrong or how this should be set up differently? Any insights would be appreciated!Thanks!

I am trying to create a dashboard for a director who wants to see not only the info of those she manages, but also the ones below her. For example:Director manages A and B. A manages person 1 and person 2. B manages person 3 and person 4.The director wants to see info about A, B, as well as person 1, 2, 3, and 4.Right now, I am only able to see those she manages directly, using the User > Manager ID = $$USER.ID.I would also like this report to be use-able with other directors down the line.Is there a way to show in reports (both reports and calendar reports) not only her direct manages, but those below?It might be a common need so if there’s a plethora of existing resources for this, please let me know!Thank you!
