Fusion Connection for nonHuman user

Issue/Question:   How do we setup a fusion connection for a nonHuman user for usage with fusion automation?

Previously, we were able to establish a "user" connection with a randomly created nonHuman ID/email address.   We were able to in Workfront settings click on the Log In As for this user, then go into Fusion and set up a connection using the nonHuman User account.   This appears to no longer work and wondering what the solution is to establish a connection to run fusion automation.  When we recently went in to fusion due to what appeared to be connection issues last Friday, we revalidated the previous connection, but now it is established with my user connection which we are not looking for.   Additionally, at my organization we do not have the option to go into any incognito modes or anything to potentially try and bypass auto sign on.

What options are there?

What error do you encounter when trying to use the nonHuman email address? I have a scenario that's working similarly and it doesn't seem to be an issue yet.

When trying to validate or setup the nonHuman ID, i get a sign in page where I would enter the nonHuman email address and then the authorization page that Adobe brings up then aligns to my access rather than the nonHuman ID.   We do have a ping Federated connection SSO so not able to log in manually.

Michael,

First I'd try signing out of the Microsoft SSO, then attempt the connection.

If you can't use incognito (why?) you can try a browser you haven't used before (Chrome, Firefox) - OR, delete all cookies on Edge and try again.
