Welcome New Workfront Admins!

I imagine you have at least one question about Workfront and aren’t sure who to reach out to or where to go. Lucky for you, the Adobe Workfront Customer Success team is here to help! We can point you in the right direction, provide resources and recommendations, and ensure that your Workfront journey starts off on the right foot.  

Designed for beginner system administrators, this 3-part event series is not only a learning opportunity, but also a platform for you to ask questions, engage with other brand-new admins, and start expanding your Workfront network.  

We encourage you to register and attend all 3 sessions, if possible. If the dates and times don’t work for your schedule, no worries, we’ll be repeating these quarterly along with offering additional opportunities to learn and network. Be sure to check the Events page on Experience League for all upcoming events.  

• September 19 at 8am PT / 11am ET - Admin 101: Getting Started with Workfront (Missed this session? Keep an eye out for the next one in December.)
• October 17 at 8am PT / 11am ET - Admin 101: Getting Users to Use Workfront 
• November 14 at 8am PT / 11am ET - Admin 101: Getting Workfront Data 

If you are an experienced Workfront admin, you may want to consider sitting this one out or sign up for our more advanced sessions (those not labeled Admin 101) on the Events page on Experience League.

A new admin here inheriting an instance. I can't thank Nichole and the team for their time today during the first session. It was truly a benefit. I'm looking forward to reviewing all the collateral as well as diving more deeply into the Experience League.

@NickCarulli Thanks for joining our first Admin 101 session today, we absolutely love hearing from customers that these sessions are valuable! Since you inherited a Workfront instance, I'd recommend downloading the Inherited Instance Basics Checklist in Blueprints for a checklist of resources, questions and links to help you clearly understand how your system is configured.

Are these sessions recorded? I'm new to Workfront as an admin and missed the first 2 sessions here

@Sarah_PCC These sessions are not recorded as we promote attendee participation and we want to ensure a safe space, however, we will be repeating these sessions every quarter. An Admin 101 Summary Session - Bring Your Questions is scheduled for Tuesday, December 12 at 8am PT / 11am PT if you want to join in and ask any questions! 

The 3-part series will repeat again in January, February and March - those dates will be finalized by the December 12 summary session.

Happy New Year! We're relaunching our Admin 101 event series to help our beginner system administrators with an introduction to available resources, a rundown of system navigation, and best practices around initial setup, intake, and basic reporting. 

Don't miss these 1-hour workshops where participation is encouraged, and all questions are relevant! ​

Hey Doug!  Totally understand, and if there's anything you think we should add to the Admin 101 events, just let us know.

And thanks for this post!  Gonna add it to the January Hot Topics post tomorrow morning!   

Also - toying with an idea for a future Workfront Collective session around working with Partners.  Not sure if you'd have any thoughts on that...
