Hi nfo, we are using Fusion although it was configured by a third party for us so I'm not an expert..is there a particular node that needs to be used or any further colour on this that might help us configure something similar to test here?Any information gratefully received!

You can also create a user report and add this field, it then shows license level:  

We are on Prime, and as I understand it you can send as many approvals as you like, but the licence upgrade (which happens automatically) kicks in once 6 decisions have been made, so viewing should be fine, it's decisions that count - wether that be approve or reject.

We are experiencing exactly the same issue since yesterday.Support has suggested its because we have moved to the unified set up, but that happened a while back.This is new... if you find a resolve, please post here.
