  • We have now found some interessting findings regarding this Mirror Page problem. For some strange reason the rendered URL to a Mirror Page is created differently. See this example:https://data.nordea-test.cjmadobe.com/ee/v1/ ..................https://data.nordea-test.cjmadobe.com/v1/ ..................

  • When moving email fragments from a test Sandbox to a prod Sandbox all Fragments are by default set to Draft when moved. And that is OK. But you need to go into one and one of the moved Fragments and publish them. It would be a faster and more easy way of working it we could select several fragments ...

When this link to this page is created in the email designer tool, it adds a landing-page-id to the link. This in a unique ID th...

  • We have solved the problem with the unsubscribe landing pages. It was regarding the landing-page-ID that must be in the URL. And that ID is only possible to find if you create the link through the AJO interface. If you are coding fragments yourself in HTML you need to generate this link from the GUI...

  • It took me some time to do the final investigation around this topic. But after been working more and more with the fragments, and understanding the logic in edeting and pulishing a published fragment I see that it seems to be working fine. In the beginning I also was missing some access rights to p...
