@MegSault - confirming what Randy said that in-app notifications are not customizable  which also means that can't be turned on or off. There are some good reports on a few Value Realization blueprints that could be useful to combine to tell a story.   If the users are workers I would focus on tasks completed on time or early, if they making comments and using the updates area to communication within the platform, if they are design...

@BethCl1 - A work around I've done is to create a report of the reports that are on my dashboard and pull in the report name and the description and add it to the top of the dashboard.

Could be a variation of things. I would start by checking on work that should be showing in the home area widget since those don't seem to appear at all.   Are the tasks complete already?Are the Projects in a status equivalent to in progress/current?Are the tasks ready to start?

Do you use multiple schedules or time zones in Workfront? If so, this will impact how dates show for users with differences. I would venture to guess it has something to do with that and you could start there to see if that's what is causing it?

I don't believe that is an option. I know there is a way to send notifications to users when the proof is created however it doesn't send on stage approvers until their stage is activated on automated workflows.    Notify recipients about this proof: Select this option to send an email notification...

I noticed that change a few weeks ago to. Never got around to finding out when or why it changed. It freaked out my project managers cause they thought their documents were deleted. 

I did some testing and I think if you filter for the planned completion date to be within the date range you are looking at in the utilization report, it will filter them out of the report.     

Agreed and we aren't changing anything just wanted to hear some pros and cons since I've never heard anyone say it before.
