  • OK, sounds like you and your team is familiar with a list view, and using it to see several columns.   That list view should contain some dropdowns on the upper right corner -- you might see a little icon for a funnel, eye and square-containing-squares. Whatever is selected under the eye icon is the...

  • Since there are several different ways your team can be managing its queue, it's difficult to give any more exact instruction than "just add the column to whichever view your request queue team is using." But if you're able to be more specific, I'm sure we'll be able to help direct you.

  • either/or.   Issues that have been converted should now have a "resolve task ID". You should be able to either make a filter for anything where the resolve task ID is blank (i.e. hasn't been converted) or create a column showing the resolve task ID -- this will show which ones have been converted.

  • I would be really surprised if you can do this WHILE the issue is being created. You're basically trying to compare the issue's queue topic name to a list of your options -- while the issue hasn't been created yet. I'd be interested to see if workfront has that information stored anywhere. That said...

  • so just to clarify, what you are asking is:   My queue topics are Fruit, Vegetable, and Color   I want my external lookup field to provide options for Apple, Orange and Banana if I select Fruit. I want my external lookup field to provide options for Spinach, Lettuce and Broccoli if I select Vegetabl...

  • that's normal, I think. Certain fields just are not editable in a project report, and I can see that for me, I'm able to edit company but not able to edit program name. If you are not the system admin, your permissions may also differ. At this point your workarounds would be to find a different way ...

  • is the user trying to generate a proof on a newer version of an existing file that they didn't upload? I think manager users do not have permissions in this area.

  • Sorry if I mis-stated. When I say "this field isn't being used anymore", I meant it as an agreement to the part of your original post, stating "custom fields not being used on any custom forms". This is pretty easy to check: the custom fields section in setup has a way to set up a column to see what...

  • Programs don't rely on group as far as I know: they rely on the portfolio setting, so all you need to do is make sure your program is in that portfolio. After this, my troubleshooting steps are usually to clear cache and cookies, try a different browser, and try logging in as a different user or ask...

  • I guess I wonder why that's even a consideration? Can you say more on this?   My opinion only: I would have stopped with "the field isn't being used anymore". It really doesn't matter at that point whether it holds data. And if the field is not being used on any custom forms, this is doubly the case...
