@KristaTe If the user is part of a team you can set what status the "done button" uses. I didn't realize this when I first started but highly recommend editing all of your teams to have the same status settings for done and work on it / start.

I completely agree and have found many needs for this. I've also tried to figure out a text mode solution but keep running into walls.

I would also love a toggle setting to add subscribers and/or resource managers to this list as well. We have a couple instances where that may be beneficial
