  • From my previous response, you hopefully picked up that I am not clear what you mean by the "request team", and it'll be difficult to answer any additional questions based on the initial ambiguity.   I can separately address your calculated field question -- did you catch my response to a different ...

  • This is not how validation logic works, so I've split this out into a separate question. If you have the right contract with Adobe, there is a feature called Business Rules which might be more in line with this. The link for this is: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/adminis...

  • One possibility is the project sharing or access setting. I'll show it in the sharing dropdown (screenshot) but you can also find this in the access section when you edit the project.   In this screenshot I show how I have shared a project with a team using "contribute" access, and then clicked on t...

  • I'm not clear on where you are stashing this "travel time" task, but as long as it is not in the same project, you might want to look into filtering hour types and see if it would work for you. See this link: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/manage-work/projects/manage-proj...

  • You can do this by creating a User report. Go to filters, and select the license = ___ for your filter. Select each option one at a time (Standard, light, contributor), and then convert to text mode after each, to see what letter represents each.

  • Is it possible (or beneficial) to work around this somehow by using the configuration filters (advanced filters in the following link: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/agile/agile-planning-boards/add-intake-column-to-board ) or do the users have a need to see the parent tas...

  • this worked for me, but I'm not clear in what you mean when you say "I'm having issues". What behavior are you seeing? Since it worked for me, I wonder if it's just the case of you having forgotten to toggle one of the checkboxes on the calculated field (the one about "apply to existing calculations...

  • I just tested both in my instance and both work. I even added a question mark to the field name (which normally I do not do), and that also failed to trip it up.   IF({DE:SYS User Type?}="Test User","not ok","") IF({DE:SYS User Type?}="Test User","not ok")   I'd have to ask what you mean by "it d...
