Same as Randy, I wasn't comfortable asking for the spend without being sure I would be getting the value that I formerly received from LEAP. A Skills Exchange type event would be much more beneficial.

I suspect even though you've got it formatted to output MM/YYYY, it looks at the full date for the calculation. And may even look at the time associated with the date as well. 

A great column that can be added to a View for Access Levels is Field Access Privileges. I didn't know this existed until someone else pointed it out to me. It provides all your settings for each access level.

The dashboard Richard mentions is also now available in Blueprints. I just installed it in my new instance yesterday.
