@MorganHatcher I wonder if you could create the fake user, then deactivate them.Then you could filter for deactivated users (or just create a filter for that specific user) and copy your deactivated user.Ideias

If users can't log time on projects you may have that turned off in Setup > Timesheets & Hours > Preferences > Where users can log time > there is a checkbox there for Directly on Projects. If this is de-selected, users can only log time to tasks and issues.Ideias

Same for the Team Requests widget. I'm on 5 different teams with anywhere form 1 to 149 objects assigned to each team. It would be far more efficient if I could collapse all teams at once.
