I did some testing on a report in my instance, I think you need something similar to what @MLehman suggested, but a little different order

@Doug_Den_Hoed__AtAppStore Saved the day - suggested recalculating timeline and financials.
That worked.
The timeline hadn't been changed since late September so that didn't occur to us.
