Is it possible to set up in journey or in batch campaign that the sendout would be realised only between for example 10am-20pm?

Hi all,I'm trying to execute a typology rule based on the variable passed from the workflow. The below is not the exact scenario, but one of the way I'm trying to achieve. Let me know if there are any such usecases you experienced.
