I am receiving this error when submitting email channel surface configuration for marketing emails. But, I am unfamiliar with it. Has anyone had this error and understands what needs to be fixed to get their email configuration approved?
"Maximum runs 3 for the workflow step CBOneClickUrlGenerationStep are reached. (CJMRT - 110001-500)"
Subdomains were delegated and IP pools were assigned. I am wondering if it is something to do with the reply-to or error mailboxes but those had been set up.

In case anyone else experiences "A provisioning step performed when setting up the channel configuration failed, leading to the error. Our Product team has performed the provisioning and you should no longer experience any errors."
