Adobe Experience Cloud Core Services

I've created a segment in Analytics and shared that segment with the Marketing Cloud. I'd like to test this segment to see if my Target activity will present me with the expected experience. I tried qualifying for the segment on my website, but I'm not seeing the Target experience I'd expect.
