Live Cycle ????

How can  I get this Live Cycle on my Mac ,have a problem to fill up and validate the applications on the Government cite , downloaded Adobe acrobat but didn't work how suppose to be .

LiveCycle Designer is not available for Mac. You can fill out LiveCycle based PDFs using Acrobat/Reader, however.

Got trial version of Adobe Acrobat, works for opening and writing but didn't print a barcode , when trying reprint the file, warning appears that LiveCycle should be downloaded . What can I do now ,who can give me a professional advice on Adobe site no phone number to reach somebody to ask, so how you can buy a product if you don't know its exactly right one ((
