Live Cycle 2 Email Submit Button

I have created a form in LiveCycle 2 with an email submit button so that the entire form is emailed to a specific email address.  My issue is that the "Set Form to" field is not visible in the Object pallet for submit by email button.  How do I get this option to appear?

What is the "Set Form to" field in the E-Mail Submit Button? This button sends the current form via XML data or as PDF. I don't know this option.
