Adobe LiveCycle (Archived)

I created a form using Adobe LiveCycle Designer and saved it as an Acrobat 7 (Static) PDF Form (*.pdf). Once saved, I open the PDF and enable rights for Adobe Reader users. This fillable form I created is 707 KB. Any suggestions on how I could decrease the size of this file?
