Properties of com.adobe.livecycle.userlist.IUserlist. - Adobe LiveCycle 18-07-2013
I'm trying create a process to automatically create Rights Manager policies for specific users. It seems the only way to do this is use a create a policy from an existing policy and within that activity set the user for whom I want the policy to apply ( e.g. only they can open the document ).All going fine - except the variable to define the user ( or users ) is an IUserlist type ( com.adobe.livecycle.userlist.IUserlist ) for which I can't find any documentation regarding it's input parameters.I...

Re: Recall a Form - Adobe LiveCycle 23-11-2008
Hi AllThank you all for your very quick responces - sorry I've been off on another project for the past week.Unfortunatly my ES skills are not up to any of the suggested solutions - and anyway what I want is a way for the HR Dept to 'reclaim' the task form thier Workspace - without them having access to the AdminUI or needing to know the Task / Process number etc - they are admin staff not IT geeks 😉I realised that I asked this question in a different way last Dec (must be my month for tricky p...

Recall a Form - Adobe LiveCycle 13-11-2008
We have a number of processes where it would be ideal if a user could recall a submitted form from the recipient before they open it.One example is is a sickness reporting process where a 'return to work' form is sent by the HR dept to the sick person to complete on their return to work. The HR dept then received some new information regarding the persons sickness that needs to be added to or amended on the form before they return (medical certificate, change to expected duration, change of sick...

Re: Deleting Process Instances - Adobe LiveCycle 11-11-2008
Hi JasminNo - from Howard's reply #6/17 "Are you running Service Pack 1b. I'm pretty sure this was a bug that was fixed at some point. The bug still exists if the task is assigned to a group." I assumed that it was already logged.Best Regards - Stuart

Hi JasminAdminUI works for stalled tasks assigned to Users but not if assigned to Group Queues. See previous posts form Howard and I on this topic. As far as I'm aware this is a bug and it still exisisted in SP2 - I have not tried it in U1.Best Regards - Stuart

Re: Assign Task to Multiple Users - Adobe LiveCycle 19-08-2008
Hi HowardThat link to Rendezvous does not work (or on your web site off ES components list either) but I think looked at this and decided it was not what we need. What the customer wants' is the ability for multiple users to concurrently Annotate a Flat version of a form, then for all the annotation to be combined into one 'master review document'.The ideal answer would be to start a Shared Review form within LC ES process but I don't think that is possible...Anyway the other side of this is that...

Re: Assign Task to Multiple Users - Adobe LiveCycle 14-08-2008
Hi ScottBrilliant THANK YOU 🙂I tried using a 'loop' and a counter but I'd not figured out the implication of using a Gateway to stop the 1st Assign trapping the task until that user completed it.I'll give it a try l8r.Cheers - Stuart

Assign Task to Multiple Users - Adobe LiveCycle 29-07-2008
If anyone is in the mood for a challenge I've got doozie...I'd like to assign a task to multiple users simultaneously, then gather all the tasks back to one user - probably the process initiator.Problem is that I don't know how many users the task will be assigned to - that is a decision taken by the task initiator before they submit the initial form by building a list of recipients on the form.I can't assign the task to a 'Group' as then it can only be Claimed by one user at a time. The key issu...
