I have got dataset which is enabled to RTCP. In preview I see some particular record in dataset with ECID , email etc . But it does not show up in Profile. Do you have any ideas why and any hints how to debug this?

I am uploading data to http streaming api. Payload look like this: The bottom part is not important. I got the error in Monitoring: The identity is not present.The identity is not present.On the screen you see that there is and ECID (its set up as a primary) and email. How to debug this?
