Request for Feature Enhancement: Assets View - Insights only allows upload and download filter based on “Last 30 Days” and “Last 12 Months”. Which restricts logged In user to only limited analytics. To make this feature more useful for end users - the insight should support filters so that user can view filtered statistics:User can filter insights by one or more of the following (based on available custom metadata attributes): Brand Sub-brand Geo / OU Agency Adaptations Name & ID Master Name & ID Experience Name & ID Filters support: Single-select and multi-select Combination filtering (e.g., Brand + Geo + Time) Filter options reflect only values available to the user. Selected filters are clearly visible and can be reset.

While using Omnisearch in AEM, when I click Filter → File Type → any option, the following warning appears in the logsLOGS:it started on Nov 29th, 2025, it’s still showing warning  how to fix the issue? like how to stop the warning?

I’m looking for suggestions and practical approaches followed by anyone or to follow for the migration of binary from Box to AEMaaCS? I know one way, which is Box(~15TB) → AWS/Azure/GCP → AEMaaCS but apart from that, I’m looking for more or less direct migration from Box to AEMaaCS! are there any native Box tools that support this or anything from Adobe itself by any chance(couldn’t figure it so far but in case if I miss)

I’m setting up our keyword hierarchy structure in AEM. I would like to mirror these in Adobe Bridge and Lightroom so I can add keywords in Bridge. I’m running into some difficulties in understanding the workflow and what’s needed.Has anybody done this? Can you provide any step-by-step directions?Thanks,Justin

Hi,We are facing weird issue where video when successfully reprocessed isn’t loading when played via DASH delivery (Video.js player) but works fine when triggered via re-upload workflow. Has anyone encountered this issue? We checked with Adobe support team but haven’t heard back on the root cause of this.

I am running into conflicts where multiple teams working on non Adobe platforms and wish to have central repository for storing raw working files for collaboration. I wish to keep these files away from DAM to avoid cluttering. Is there any recommendation on handling these creative team’s query? Storage space: ~10 TB

Hello,I have a question regarding Content Fragment permissions in AEM as a Cloud Service.A user can publish Content Fragments from the Assets console, but when opening the Content Fragment Editor, the Publish button is not visible.The user currently has: jcr:all on /content/site jcr:all on /content/dam/site Membership in groups such as Authors, Contributors, and AEM Sites Content Managers (author). The user can edit and save the fragment without issues.Is there any additional permission or group required for the Publish button to appear in the Content Fragment Editor (for example jcr:replicate or workflow permissions)?Thank you for your help.

Hi, We are facing an issue while copying the content from Prod to Stage / Dev in AEM CS. We are using content copy option in Cloud manager to do so. The custom namespace  we created are getting changed from  abc:assetID to abc0:assetID this is causing an issue for the few functionalities where we are using these metadata(s). Please suggest the way to fix the issue. TIA.

Hi team,I am trying to upload password protected PDFs and I am seeing error once pdf is uploaded. Does AEM supports password protected PDFs? If no, do we have any pipeline to enable this feature? 

I'm looking for suggestions on how to handle the 10TB of assets from a vendor base to AEMaaCS. As the data is huge and confidential, no feasibility to involve any 3rd parties like tools/http calls etc. It should be cloud(like AWS/AZURE/GCP etc) to cloud(AEMaaCS). Please share inputs if anyone handled such use-cases or in and around the same, would be very much appreciated.

The browser interface for AEM Assets currently has a file size upload limit of 2G. Is there a plan that allows us to increase that limit?

Summary: Bulk edit clears locked “DRM Admin” value and allows override when set to YESDescription:The DRM Admin metadata field is intended to be locked/read-only when its value is YES, preventing users from changing it. However, in the Bulk Edit flow, the editor clears the DRM Admin value for assets that already have DRM Admin = YES, and then allows the user to modify and save it—overriding the intended lock behavior.Preconditions:At least one asset exists with DRM Admin = YES (field should be locked in normal edit).Steps to Reproduce:Select multiple assets, including at least one asset where DRM Admin = YES. Open Bulk Edit. Observe the DRM Admin field in the bulk edit editor. Change the DRM Admin value and click Save.Actual Result:Bulk edit view clears the DRM Admin value (even when it is YES on selected assets). User can edit DRM Admin and save successfully. Hello, Dynamic Media is removing the C2PA Watermark from Images. As a results, we cannot verify DM renditions on Content CredentialsHow can we possibly retain them?

I’m exploring to start using Image Templates to generate composed Images with embedded text.Now that we are defining Template details, I would like to save the templates in our code repository so it can be versioned, replicated through different environments and protected from unwanted access or modifications. I looked through documentation but didn’t found explicitly where can these templates be stored and at the same time, be available to be used.  Do you know if this templates can be saved in ui.apps, ui.config or ui.content modules and if there is any specific path allowed?I asked chatgpt and mentioned that it cna be under ui.apps directly below ui.apps as: /apps/your-project-name/dynamic-media-templates/ But I would like to know if anyone has already done this before. Thank you in advance for your help :) Luis Moreno

I am investigating linking our Creative Cloud libraries to AEM as a cloud. I found the video linked below. My question is this:If I copy an asset into a Creative Cloud library am I still able to track its use? Hi,We are using asset share commons in our project. So the property field in sort component is not getting populated. According to the document attached values are populated only when orderable=true is added in the index for the required properties. In our index it is ordered=true and it’s working in dev and local. Somehow for prod and stage its not working as expected. Same index is used in all the environment. How to check where the issue is and what is causing this issue?dev:  Stage: Thank you.

Hi There, We have a requirement where several custom dropdown fields have been added to the metadata schema of our assets (DITA files). During the translation process, AEM currently picks up the dropdown key value (the stored value) instead of the display label. This key is then sent for translation and applied to the translated language copy. As a result, the translated copy fails to load the corresponding dropdown option correctly in its properties. Additionally, all dropdown labels and options remain in English after translation. We would like to explore whether there is an OOTB approach in AEM to automatically localize or translate these dropdown labels across language copies. Thanks,Ravi Joshi
