Hi everyone, I’m trying to integrate the Adobe Photoshop API into my project, but I keep running into the following error: "Incompatible API – This API cannot be used in your organization. If you think this is an error, please contact customer support." I'm not sure what's causing this. My account is part of an organization, and I have what I believe are the correct credentials set up. I haven't been able to find a clear explanation in the documentation about what "Incompatible API" means in this context or what requirements need to be met at the organization level. Here are a few things I'd like to understand: 1. What does this error actually mean? Is it a licensing issue, a plan/tier restriction, or something that needs to be enabled by an admin?2. After establishing a developer account, I gained access to the Adobe Acrobat Sign API section and was able to create a new application from the Application List page for OAuth 2.0. The Adobe Acrobat Sign license was attached to a different user in our organization at that time. However, we moved the application license from the initial user over to me. After that when logging back into Adobe Acrobat Sign, my Developer API Access disappeared. Snapshots of when I had access and then after access was gone are below. The signup handshake completes successfully (HTTP 201). OTP tokens are issued. Data file is fresh and publicly accessible. The 401 on the dashboard URL indicates Adobe's backend has not fully provisioned the reporting dashboard for this store despite successful signup registration.

We have an integration with the Adobe User Mgmt API which is pulling data from Product Profiles. Some of the groups we’ve been using have a “/” symbol in their name, and since the API uses the group’s name while building the request path, this turns out to be an incorrect URL.We have tried URL encoding, but we receive 404 as well. One of the ideas we’ve thought of would be to use the deprecated API that uses group ids. Hello Everyone,Can anyone please guide me or share some documentation to integrate a 3rd party DAM (Frontify) in universal editor so the author can pick assets directly from "Frontify asset picker" and then the selected asset's URL is stored in my universal editor input box?

First of all,The endpoint /rest/asset/v1/emails.json does not return the subject value when the email uses a template created in the new designer.Additionally, I am unable to send a sample email using /rest/asset/v1/email/{email_id}/sendSample.json. The request returns the following error:'errors': [{'code': '709', 'message': 'One or more email headers (displayName, fromEmail, replyToEmail, subject) is empty'}]I do not have this issue when sending emails that were created using the old designer. Is there a way to send a sample email if the email was created using the new designer?

I recently integrated Adobe App Builder with Adobe Commerce using the starter kit. I added some extra attributes—such as middlename, dob, and addresses—in the scripts/commerce-event-subscribe.json file. All attributes work correctly except addresses.In the Adobe App Builder console, the addresses field either shows as an empty array ([]) or fails to receive any data from Magento.Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?

Do we have any updates on the background images layout with the new email editor? I've noticed an issue: when I try creating a text component, the editor provides an option to add a background image URL, but this doesn't work in Outlook—the image simply doesn't appear. If I create this section using custom HTML instead, the code becomes too confusing for non-technical users to update the image.If this makes sense, could we implement a feature for variables? For example, if I use custom HTML, could there be a way to add variables so that others can easily update them without needing to modify the HTML code itself?
